Շատ էժան դեղամիջոցը կարող է կորոնավիրուսով վարակվածների հազարավոր կյանքեր փրկել

Կորոնավիրուսով հիվանդներին բուժելու գործում հնարավոր է ճեղքում արձանագրվի, և խոսքը շատ էժան, ընդամենը հինգ ֆունտ արժողությամբ դեքսամետազոնի մասին է։

Բրիտանիայում Օքսֆորդի համալսարանի գիտնականների ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տվել, որ այդ դեղամիջոցը նվազեցնում է կորոնավիրուսով վարակվածների մահվան ռիսկերը։ Վեց հազար մարդու վրա իրականացված փորձակումները ցույց են տվել, որ դեքսամետազոնի օգտագործումը 33 տոկոսով նվազեցրել է արհեստական շնչառության սարքերին միացված հիվանդների մահացությունը։

«Ես շատ ուրախ եմ, որ մինչ օրս (կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պայքարում) ամենալուրջ հայտնագործությունն արվել է բրիտանացի գիտնականների կողմից»,- ասել է Բրիտանիայի վարչապետ Բորիս Ջոնսոնը։

Ակնկալվում է, որ մոտ ապագայում դեքսամետազոնը որպես ստանդարտ դեղամիջոց հիվանդանոցներում կօգտագործվի COVID-19-ով վարակված հիվանդներին բուժելու նպատակով։

Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպությունը (ԱՀԿ) ևս հայտարարել է գիտական առաջընթացի մասին՝ նշելով, որ դեքսամետազոնը 35 տոկոսով նվազեցնում է օդափոխության սարքերին միացված հիվանդների մահացության ռիսկը, իսկ թթվածին ստացող հիվանդների դեպքում մահվան ռիսկերը նվազեցնում է 20 տոկոսով։ Եվ դա արժի ընդամենը հինգ ֆունտ։

Քանի դեռ վարակվելու ռիսկերը մեծ են մնում վիրուսի տարածումը կանխելու, զսպելու համար, աշխարհի բոլոր երկրներում առողջապահական մարմինները նույն խորհուրդն են տալիս' դիմակներ կրել, սոցիալական հեռավորություն պահպանել, բազմամարդ հավաքներ չանցկացնել, հաճախ լվացվել ու ախտահանել ձեռքերը:

Պարզվում է' իր առողջության մասին ամենաշատը մտածող մարդկանցից մեկը Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն է։ Նովո Օգարևոյում գտնվող նրա նստավայրում ախտահանիչ թունել է տեղադրվել։ Յուրաքանչյուր ոք, ով գալիս է Նովո Օգարևո Պուտինի հետ հանդիպման, անցնում է ախտահանիչ թունելով, ախտահանվում, որ հանկարծ վիրուս ներս չբերի։ Ախտահանիչ թունելը ռուսական ընկերություն է ստեղծել, որը գրանցված է Պենզայում։

Ռուսաստանում չնայած կորոնավիրուսի նոր դեպքերը նախորդ ամվա համեմատ նվազել են, այնուամենայնիվ թվերը բարձր են մնում։ Նախկինում օրական արձանագրվող դեպքերը 10 հազարից ավելին էին, իսկ վերջին շրջանում օրական հաստատվում է 8 հազարից ավելի նոր դեպք։ Չնայած բարձր թվերին, կարանտինային սահմանափակումները Ռուսաստանում զգալիորեն թուլացվել են։

Այստեղ ևս մտածում են կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պատվաստանյութ գտնելու մասին։ Ռուսաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտարարել է, որ առաջիկա օրերին պատվաստանյութը կփորձարկվի մարդկանց վրա։ Փորձարկումն անցկացնելու են զինվորականներն ու համաճարակաբանության և միկրոկենսաբանության ուսումնասիրությունների ազգային կենտրոնը։ Փորձարկումների համար ընտրվել են քաղաքացիական անձինք, ինչպես նաև զինվորականներ, որոնք ծառայում են ռադիացիոն, քիմիական և կենսաբանական պաշտպանության ստորաբաժանումներում։

Այսօր առավոտվա տվյալներով' աշխարհում հաստատված կորոնավիրուսի դեպքերի թիվն անցել է 8 միլիոն 200 հազարը, ավելի քան 446 հազարը մահացել են, 4 միլիոն 300 հազարից ավելին՝ բուժվել։
