Կորոնավիրուսի վճարովի թեստավորումն անթույլատրելի է և վտանգավոր, քանի որ լիարժեք վերահսկողություն իրականացնել հնարավոր չէ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից և տեղեկացնում, որ հետազոտությունները պետք է իրականացվեն միայն նախարարության կողմից հաստատված լաբորատորիաներում:

«Ներկայումս գրանցվում են դեպքեր, երբ լաբորատորիաների կողմից իրականացվում են կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության վճարովի հետազոտություններ` ՊՇՌ կամ արագ թեստերի միջոցով:

Նկարագրված իրավիճակում վճարովի հիմունքներով կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության հարուցչի նկատմամբ թեստավորման իրականացումն անթույլատրելի է և վտանգավոր, քանի որ նշյալ աշխատանքների նկատմամբ լիարժեք վերահսկողություն իրականացնել հնարավոր չէ:

Լաբորատորիաների կողմից կարող են գնվել և կիրառվել տարբեր զգայունություն և մասնահատկություն (սպեցիֆիկություն) ունեցող թեստ-հավաքածուներ՝ կասկածի տակ դնելով ստացված արդյունքների հավաստիությունը, բուժման ճիշտ մարտավարության ընտրությունը և արդյունավետությունը, ինչպես նաև անորոշություն առաջացնելով վարակի վերահսկմանն ուղղված հետագա միջոցառումների կազմակերպման և իրականացման հարցում:


Բացի այդ, վճարովի թեստավորման իրականացման թույլատրելիության դեպքում այն կարող են սկսել իրականացնել տարբեր լաբորատորիաներ` առանց կենսանվտանգության ապահովման գործընթացի գնահատման, կենսանվտանգության համակարգի առանցքային պահանջների պահպանման, լաբորատորիաներում վարակի հսկողության իրականացման, գործընթացների պատշաճ հոսքայնության ապահովման, ինչպես նաև հնարավոր է հետազոտվողների


անձնական տվյալների անհարկի տարածում՝ տեղեկատվական անվտանգության պահանջների ոչ պատշաճ պահպանման դեպքում: Նման գործունեությունն անթույլատրելի է նախ աշխատակիցների և այցելուների շրջանում վարակի տարածման, և ապա հետազոտության հավաստի արդյունքներ ստանալու նկատառումներից ելնելով:


Երբեմն անհնար է լինում հավաքագրել տեղեկատվություն թեստավորման դրական արդյունք ունեցած անձանց վերաբերյալ՝ նրանց հետագա բուժումը կազմակերպելու և համաճարակաբանական միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու համար, որը նվազեցնում է համաճարակի կառավարելիությունը:
