Վահե Ղազարյանը ծնվել է 1974թ. հունիսի 15-ին, Իջևան քաղաքում:

1995թ. ավարտել է Երևանի պետական համալսարանի տնտեսագիտության ֆակուլտետը:

2009թ. ավարտել է Երևանի պետական համալսարանի իրավագիտության ֆակուլտետը:

27.12.2003-16.01.2004թթ. Տավուշի մարզային ՆԳ վարչության շտաբի տեսուչ /ի հաշիվ ավագ տեսուչի/,

16.01.2004-23.12.2005թթ. ՀՀ ոստիկանության Տավուշի մարզային վարչության շտաբի տեսուչ /ի հաշիվ ավագ տեսուչի/,

Պարգևատրվել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության գերատեսչական մեդալներով և կրծքանշաններով:

Ամուսնացած է, ունի մեկ դուստր, երկու որդի:
