Ահա թե ի՞նչ է կատարվում երեխայի հետ, երբ նրա մայրը սկսում է լացել հղիության ընթացքում

Բոլորս գիտենք, որ հղի կանանց ոչ մի դեպքում չպետք է վշտացնել, բայց որոշ արտաքին հանգամանքներ, հորմոնալ շեղումներ և տրամադրության ցնցումներ ազդում են նրանց հոգեկան վիճակի վրա:

Այդ պատճառով այսօր մենք որոշել ենք անդրադառնալ մի տարածված հարցի՝ ի՞նչ է զգում երեխան մոր արգանդում, երբ մայրը սկսում է լացել։

Երեխան կապված է իր մոր հետ և՛ ծնվելուց առաջ, և՛ ծնվելուց հետո։ Սկսելով հղիության 29-րդ շաբաթից՝ երեխայի մոտ արդեն զարգանում են զգայարանները, նա սկսում է զգալ հոտը, համը, զգում է շրջակա միջավայրը և նույնիսկ տարբերում է լուսավորման փոփոխությունները:

Այդ պատճառով էլ հարկավոր չէ հուսահատվել և լացել հղիության ընթացքում։ Հարկավոր է զգույշ լինել ձեր էմոցիաների հետ՝ հեռու պահելով ձեզ նյարդային ցնցումներից և սթրեսերից։

Մասնագետները հաստատում են, որ մոր և պտղի հոգևոր կապը շատ ամուր է։ Սակայն, բացի հոգևորից, կա նաև ֆիզիկական կապ։

Երբ մայրն ուրախանում է, նրա արյան մեջ արտադրվում է էնդորֆին, որի հետևանքով էլ երեխայի մոտ նույնպես բարձրանում է տրամադրությունը։ Երեխաները, գտնվելով մոր փորում, կարող են ուրախանալ և ժպտալ,ինչպես մայրը։

Ցավոք, երեխան նաև կարողանում է զգալ ոչ միայն մոր ուրախությունը, այլ նաև սթրեսը և տխրությունը։ Սթրեսի ժամանակ երեխայի արյան մեջ հայտնվում է կորտիզոլ, այսինքն, անկախ իր կամքից, մայրը փոխանցում է երեխային վատ տրամադրություն։ Այդ պատճառով էլ, որպեսզի մեծացնեք ուրախ և երջանիկ երեխայի, հարկավոր է վերահսկել ձեր էմոցիաները։ Ոչ թե թաքցնել, այլ հենց վերահսկել։

Ուրախացեք և ժպտացեք՝ զերծ պահելով ձեզ սթրեսից և տհաճություններից։ Գտեք տարբերակներ ձեզ ուրախացնելու համար, որպեսզի կարողանաք սկզբից բարձրացնել ձեր տրամադրությունը։

Պաշտպանեք ձեզ և ձեր երեխային, և նա կլինի հանգիստ և ուրախ։
