ԱՄՆ-ն չի ընդունում Փաշինյանին, սակայն սկսել է բարեկամանալ Ալիևի հետ. Ահա, թե ինչ են նրանք մտադիր անել

Միացյալ Նահանգները շարունակում է ուշադիր հետևել Հայաստանում տիրող իրավիճակին», – ասվում է նախօրեին Հայաստանի իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարության խոսնակ Հիթեր Նոյերթի տարածած հայտարարությունում:

«Որպես Հայաստանի բարեկամ մենք բոլոր կողմերին հորդորում ենք իրականացնել բարեխիղճ բանակցություններ` Սահմանադրության հիման վրա նոր կառավարության ձևավորման շուրջ և հասնել այնպիսի հանգուցալուծման, որը կարտացոլի ՀՀ բոլոր քաղաքացիների շահերը»: «Մենք պաշտպանում ենք բոլոր կողմերի միջև երկխոսությանը նպաստելուն ուղղված նախագահ Սարգսյանի աշխատակազմի շարունակական ջանքերը: Մենք շարունակում ենք գոհունակությամբ արտահայտվել ցույցերի խաղաղ բնույթի վերաբերյալ և համոզմունք ենք հայտնում, որ առաջիկա օրերին անվտանգային ուժերն ու խաղաղ ցույցերի իրենց իրավունքն իրացնողները կշարունակեն զերծ մնալ բռնություններից», – ասվում է ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարության խոսնակը:

Ի տարբերություն Ռուսաստանի, որտեղ հայաստանյան իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ գնահատականները վայրիվերումներով էին՝ մեկ չեզոք, մեկ նյարդային, հիմա կարծես նորից հանդարտվում են, Միացյալ Նահանգները կարծես, չի ցանկանում անհարկի ակտիվություն ցուցաբերել, թեև չեզոք հայտարարություններ եղան այս ընթացքում: Դրանք կարծես տեղավորվում են պրոտոկոլային հայտարարությունների տրամաբանության մեջ, իհարկե, առանձնահատուկ շեշտվում է այս իրավիճակում բանակցությունների, խաղաղ ցույցերի անցկացումը և բնությունների բացառումը:

Հատկանշական է, որ ամերիկյան վարչակազմը շեշտել է Սերժ Սարգսյանի գործոնը՝ երկխոսության անցկացման վերաբերյալ: Նշանակում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը առայժմ ընկալելի չէ ամերիկյան վարչակազմի համար:

Միացյալ Նահանգների պահվածքն, առաջիկայում, կարող է փոփոխության ենթարկվել՝ հայաստանյան «թավշյա հեղափոխության» արդյունքում, և այստեղ կարևոր է թե նոր քաղաքական էլիտան իրեն ինչպես կդրսևորի:

Նկատենք, որ ապրիլի 27-ին ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը նամակ է հղել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևին: Նամակում ԱՄՆ նախագահը նշում է, որ մտադիր է Ադրբեջանի իր գործընկերոջ հետ աշխատել փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող շատ ոլորտներում։

«Ձեր հետ միասին մենք ահաբեկչության ոչնչացման հարցում կարող ենք առաջընթաց գրանցել, նոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծմանն ու Եվրոպայում էներգետիկ անվտանգության բարելավմանը հասնել։ Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարում և Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման հարցում առաջընթացը ներդրում կլինի այդ ջանքերում,–հաղորդում են ադրբեջանական գործակալությունները։ Մինչդեռ ԱՄՆ նախագահի մամուլի ծառայությունում այդպիսի հաղորդագրություն հրապարակված չէ։

Միացյալ Նահանգների ուղղությամբ, ի դեպ, Բաքուն էլ այս իրավիճակում կարող է կոնկրետ աշխատանքներ տանել` նպատակ ունենալով ազդել Հայաստան-ԱՄՆ հարաբերություններում որոշակի անջրպետ ստեղծելու ուղղությամբ:
