Ալիևն անհանգիստ է. Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները վերջապես արտահայտվել են Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունների մասին

«Հայաստանի ներսում տեղի ունեցող զար­գացումներն անհանգստացնում են նաև Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևին: Այս օրե­րին նա հանդիպումներ է ունեցել Ռուսաստանի արտաքին հետախուզական ծառայության պետ Նարիշկինի և Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանի հետ: Ադրբեջանի նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարն էլ չի բացառել արցախյան խնդրի ռազմական ճանապարհով «կար­գավորելու» հնարավորությունը: Ադրբեջանագետ Աշոտ Մովսիսյանն այն կարծիքին է, որ Նարիշկինի այցը Բաքու պայմանավորված է եղել Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական իրադար­ձություններով, որովհետև Ռուսաստանը, ըստ նրա, մտավախություն ուներ, որ Ադրբեջանը կարող է առաջնագծում լարել իրադրությունը՝ օգտվելով Հայաստանում առկա որոշակի անկայունությունից, և այդ պատճառով բա­նագնաց է ուղարկում Բաքու:

«Իհարկե, սա հնարավորություն է Ադրբեջա­նի համար որոշակի խնդիրներ լուծելու, գուցե ամբողջությամբ Արցախը չօկուպացնելու, բայց ապրիլյան ռազմական գործողությունների սցե­նարով գործողություններ իրականացնելու:

Այստեղ Ադրբեջանը պետք է նաև հաշվի առներ Թուրքիայի հետաքրքրվածությունը, Թուրքիա­յի շահերը, որովհետև այսօր Թուրքիայի և Ռու­սաստանի հարաբերություններն այն չեն, ինչ եղել են 2016թ.: Հիմա Թուրքիան և Ռուսաստա­նը կարող են համաձայնության գալ, որ Կովկասում պետք չէ մի նոր, ավելի թեժ կետ բացել: Այդ պատճառով Ադրբեջանի համար կարևոր էր հասկանալ, թե արդյո՞ք հետաքրքրված է Թուր­քիան, որ այս պահին Արցախում թեժանա դրու­թյունը»,- մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց ադրբեջանագետը»,-գրում է թերթը:
