Երեխաների սննդակարգից պետք է հանել նրբերշիկը. հորդորում են բժիշկները

Նրբերշիկները և նմանատիպ կիսաֆաբրիկատներն իրական փրկություն են տնտեսուհիների համար, երբ նրանք չունեն պատրաստի այլ սնունդ:

Երիշիկեղենը պատրաստում են կենդանական ճարպից (բեկոն), կենդանիների կաշվից և մսի ավելցուկներից, թռչնի մսից, նիտրատներից, նիտրիտներից, ֆոսֆատից, կարագինանից, կոշենիլից (ներկանյութ): Այս բոլոր հավելումների շնորհիվ նրբերշիկները դառնում են հոտավետ և ախորժելի:

Բացի այս ամենից՝ նրանցում պարունակվող համի խթանիչները կախվածություն են առաջացնում նման սննդամթերքից:

Եթե երեխաները հրաժարվում են թարմ պատրաստված սննդամթերքից, ապա նրբերշիկներից նրանք չեն հրաժարվում, իսկ այս հանգամանքը տագնապ ու մտահոգություն է առաջացնում բժիշկների մոտ:

Ամերիկացի բժիշկներն իրենց երկրում մի պարզ տեսություն են առաջ քաշում, որի համաձայն՝ ամսական 10 նրբերշիկից ավել նրբերշիկ ուտող երեխաներն ավելի շատ հավանականություն ունեն արյան լեյկոզով հիվանդանալու:

Այն ապագա մայրիկները, որոնք շաբաթական մեկ անգամ հացով նրբերշիկ են ուտում, վտանգում են իրենց ապագա երեխայի առողջությունը, քանի որ նրանց մոտ կարող է գլխուղեղի ուռուցք զարգանալ: Իսկ այն հայրերը, որոնք մինչև երեխայի բեղմնավորումը, չափից շատ նրբերշիկներ են օգտագործել սննդում, մեծացնում են ապագա երեխայի քաղցկեղով հիվանդանալու հավանականությունը:

Այս ամենի պատճառն այն է, որ նրբերշիկի մեջ պարունակվող նիտրատները քիմիական ռեակցիայի մեջ են մտնում մսի մեջ պարունակվող ամինների հետ, ինչի հետևանքով ձևավորվում է նոր միացություն, որը կոչվում է N-նիտրոզ: Այս միացությունը վտանգավոր կանցերոգեն է, որ նպաստում է քաղցկեղի առաջացմանը:
