Ահա թե որքան պետք է լինի արյան զարկերակային ճնշումը տարբեր տարիքի մարդկանց մոտ

Առողջության վերաբերյալ ամենատարածված բողոքներից և տարեցների «սիրած» հիվանդություններից մեկը արյան բարձր ճնշումն է:

Զարկերակային ճնշումը կարող է օրվա ընթացքում մի քանի անգամ բարձրանալ և իջնել, իսկ առհասարակ մարդու նորմալ ճնշումը զուտ անհատական հասկացություն է:

Զարկերակային ճնշումն արյան ճնշումն է զարկերակների պատերի վրա: Առաջին հերթին՝ արյան ճնշումը կախված է սրտի կծկումների ուժից ու արագությունից և արյան ծավալից, որը կարող է այդ օրգանը դուրս մղել 1 րոպեի ընթացքում: Կարևոր է այս դեպքում նաև հենց արյան հատկությունները և անոթային պատերի դիմադրությունը:

Ոչ նորմալ զարկերակային ճնշումը կարող է հանգեցնել վատ տրամադրության, անքնության, աշխատունակության նվազման:

Բժշիկները կարող են պատասխանել հարցին, թե ինչպիսի զարկերակային ճնշումն է նորմալ՝ իմանալով միայն հիվանդի տարիքը, սեռը և խրոնիկական հիվանդությունները:

Այնուամենայնիվ, արյան ճնշման չափումը պարտադիր պետք է լինի. առողջության վիճակի ցանկացած անբավարար վիճակի դեպքում դա պարզագույն եղանակն է պարզելու, թե արդյո՞ք սրտի ֆունկցիան նորմալ է:

Նորմալ զարկերակային ճնշումը չափելիս հաշվի են առնում հետևյալ չափանիշները

Սիստոլիկ զարկերակային ճնշում. այն թույլ է տալիս որոշել ճնշման ուժը արյան դուրս մղման ժամանակ:
Դիաստոլիկ զարկերակային ճնշում. ցույց է տալիս այն ճնշումը, որի ժամանակ սիրտը նորից լցվում է արյունով՝ կծկումների միջև ընկած հանգստի պահին:
Զարկերակային ճնշման նորման
Զարկերակային ճնշման նորման մեծահասակ մարդկանց մոտ ընդունված է համարել 120/80 մմ ս.ս.-ը: Սակայն ինչպե՞ս կարող է այն անփոփոխ լինել, երբ մարդը կենդանի օրգանիզմ է և անընդհատ ստիպված է հարմարվել գոյատևման տարբեր պայմաններին: Բացի այդ՝ մարդիկ տարբեր են լինում, ուստի արյան ճնշման նորման նույնպես կարող է տարբեր լինել:

Որպեսզի իմանաք, թե որքան պիտի լինի մարդու ճնշումը տարբեր տարիքներում ձեզ պետք կգա հետևյալ աղյուսակները: 

Վերոնշյալ աղյուսակից երևում է, որ որքան մեծ է մարդու տարիքը, այնքան բարձր է զարկերակային ճնշման ցուցանիշների նորման. սա պայմանավորված է անոթների, սրտամկանի և այլ օրգանների տարիքային փոփոխություններով:

Բարձր զարկերակային ճնշումը, ինչպես և ցածրը, կարող է առաջացնել առողջական տարբեր խանգարումներ, սակայն պարզելու համար՝ արդյոք արյան ճնշումն է պատճառը, երբ մարդու ինքնազգացողությունը վատ է լինում, անհրաժեշտ է պարբերաբար չափել զարկերակային ճնշումը և արդյունքները գրանցել հատուկ օրագրում:

Դրա համար մի քանի անգամ պոլիկլինիկա այցելելը բավարար չէ հստակ պատասխան ստանալու համար. միայն պարբերաբար չափումները կարող են տալ ճիշտ պատասխանը:
