Ինչ է պետք անել չպաշտպանված սեքսից հետո

Ցանկացած չպաշտպանված սեռական գործողությունը սեռական վարակով վարակվելու վտանգ է պարունակում, որը ժամանակին բուժման բացակայության դեպքում կարող է լուրջ վնաս հասցնել առողջությանը եւ նույնիսկ անպտղության հանգեցնել:

Սեռաբանների խոսքով, շատ վտանգավոր են նոր սերնդի վիրուսային վարակները` քլամիդիոզները, ուրեապլազմոսները եւ այլն: Քանի որ այսօրվա դրությամբ աշխարհում չկան այնպիսի դեղամիջոցներ, որոնք վիրուսներ են սպանում, այդ վարակներով վարակումը կանխարգելելն անհամեմատ ավելի հեշտ է, քան բուժումը:

Ի՞նչ է պետք անել չպաշտպանված սեռական ակտից հետո

Սեռաբան Սեւադա Հակոբյանը խորհուրդ է տալիս չպաշտպանված սեռական ակտից մի քանի օր անց անալիզներ հանձնել առավել տարածված սեռական վարակների հայտնաբերման նպատակով, նույնիսկ եթե Դուք ոչ մի ախտանիշ չունեք: Միաժամանակ ցանկալի է ոչ միայն քսուք հանձնել, այլեւ արյան անալիզ դրանում հակամարմինների առկայության վերաբերյալ:

Դրական պատասխանի դեպքում ցանկալի է բուժումը հնարավորինս արագ սկսել: Շատ կարեւոր է բուժումը մինչեւ վերջ հասցնել եւ դրանից հետո համոզվել, որ վարակը հաղթահարվել է, հակառակ դեպքում կիսատ թողած բուժումը կարող է հանգեցնել բուժման դեմ կայուն բակտերիաների շտամմների եւ վիրուսների ի հայտ գալու:

Որոշ վարակներ կարող են անմիջապես ի հայտ չգալ անալիզներում եւ հաջողությամբ «թաքնվել» մինչեւ 6 ամիս: Այդ պատճառով, եթե բժշկի մոտ որեւէ կասկած առաջանա, անհրաժեշտ է անալիզները նորից հանձնել որոշ ժամանակ անց, իսկ մինչ այդ ծայրաստիճան զգույշ լինել եւ միշտ պաշտպանվել սեքսի ընթացքում:

Ինչո՞վ են վտանգավոր սեռական վարակները

Սեռական վարակները ոչ միշտ են իրենց մասին զգացնել տալիս` երբեմն առանց ախտանիշների քայքայելով մարդու առողջությունը, փոքր կոնքի օրգանների տարբեր ախտահարումներ առաջացնելով: Տղամարդկանց մոտ չբուժված սեռական վարակները կարող են հարված հասցնել շագանակագեղձին եւ սերմնահեղուկին, իսկ կանանց մոտ` ֆալոպյան փողերին եւ ձվարաններին: Որոշ դեպքերում խրոնիկական վարակները կարող են հանգեցնել անպտղության ինչպես կանանց, այնպես էլ տղամարդկանց մոտ:

Ինչպես խուսափել սեռական վարակներից

Մասնագետը նշում է, որ սեռական վարակներից խուսափելու ամենապարզ միջոցը միշտ պահպանակ օգտագործելն է, ընդ որում` ճիշտ օգտագործելը: Ցանկալի է նաեւ մշտական սեռական զուգընկեր ունենալ եւ պահպանել փոխադարձ հավատարմությունը:
