Ահա, թե ինչ է նշանակում հավի կրծքամսի վրայի սպիտակ գիծը․ երբեք մի՛ գնեք այսպիսի հավի միս

Հավի միսը սպիտակուցի հրաշալի աղբյուր է։ Մեկ բաժակ հավի կրծքամսի կտրտած խորանարդները պարունակում են 43 գրամ սպիտակուց, որոնք օգնում են աճեցնել մկանները և ստիպում է մեզ ուժեղ զգալ։ Այդ պատճառով էլ բոլոր գիտակից մարդիկ ընտրում են այս հայտնի միսը։ Մեծ դեր է խաղում նաև նրա՝ բոլորին հասանելի գինը։

Այնուամենայնիվ, Oxford-ի ակադեմիայի վերջին զեկույցը ցույց է տալիս, որ հավի կրծքամսի վրա սկսել են շատանալ սպիտակ շերտերը:

Եվ չնայած այդ գծերն ամբողջովին անվնաս են, միևնույն է, դրանք ցույց են տալիս, հավերն աճել են չափից շատ արագ։

Դուք կտեսնեք ներքևում ներկայացված մի նկար, որտեղ A-ն նշանակում է՝ հավի միսը նորմալ վիճակում է։ Սպիտակ գիծը նրանցում շատ փոքր է կամ ընդհանրապես բացակայում է, B-ն, որ այդ սպիտակ գիծը չափի մեջ է, իսկ C-ն, որ այն շատ մեծ է։ Այդ սպիտակ գծերը ցույց են տալիս, որ միսը պարունակում է չափից շատ ճարպ (22%-ով ավելի, քան առանց սպիտակ գծի միսը) և ավելի կոշտ միս է։

Օքսֆորդի ակադեմիան հայտնում է, որ հավերի աճի տեմպը աճել է 400%-ով 1957-ի համեմատ: Զեկույցում նշվում է, որ այս աճը հիմնականում հիմնված է գենետիկայի վրա, չնայած որոշ դեպքերում դա պայմանավորված է նաև հատուկ հորմոնների ներդրմամբ:

Ֆերմերներն իրենց հավերի վրա հատուկ հորմոնների շնորհիվ ազդեցություն են ունենում, և հավերն աճում են չափից շատ արագ։ Հավի միսը համեղ է, սակայն ուշադիր եղեք այն գնելուց առաջ։
