Նա կերակրի սոդան քսեց աչքերի տակ. վերջնական արդյունքը տեսնելուց հետո դուք էլ նույն կերպ կվարվեք

Կերակրի սոդան ունիվերսալ մթերք է, որը կա յուրաքանչյուրիս տանը։ Մեզնից ոմանք էլ սոդան օգտագործում են ատամները փայլեցնելու ու սպիտակեցնելու համար անգամ։ Սոդան, սակայն, ունի որոշ առավելություններ առողջական տեսանկյունից, որոնք կարող ենք չգիտակցել։

Սոդան տնական թխվածքների հիմնական բաղադրամասն է, բայց քչերի մտքով անցած կլինի, որ սոդան հնարավոր է կիրառել նաև այրոցների թեթևացման համար։ Կերակրի սոդա օգտագործելուց առաջ դուք պիտի խորհրդակցեք բժշկի հետ։ Այդ նյութը, ինչպես պարզվում է, օգտակար է մաշկի, մազերի ու ատամնեի համար։ Լոգարանի ջրին ավելացնելու դեպքում սոդան մեղմացնում է մաշկի գրգռվածությունը որպես բնական թեփազերծման միջոց։ Այս ունիվերսալ դեղամիջոցը կիրառվում է նաև իբրև առանց կոնսերվանտների (պարաբենների) ու ալյումինի հոտազերծիչ միջոց։ Կերակրի սոդան ձեր դեմքը սքանչելի է դարձնում։

Պզուկը բոլոր տարիքի մարդկանց դեմքին աճող խոց է։ Թանկարժեք օծանելիքի համար հսկայական գումարներ ծախսելու փոխարեն դիմակում օգտագործեք կերակրի սոդա։ Սոդան բնական հակաբիոտիկ է ու բուժում է սնկավոր վարակը, որն առաջանում է պզուկից և լավացնում վերքը։

Սոդայի դիմակը նույնպես պայքարում է կորյակների ու բշտիկների դեմ՝ դրանց շուրջ թուլացնելով մաշկն ու վարակը դուրս հանելով։ Նույնիսկ եթե բշտիկներ չունեք, սոդայի դիմակը բացում է ծակոտիները, կլանում անցանկալի յուղերն ու դեմքին առողջ գույն ու փայլ հաղորդում։

Անհամար թվով մարդկանց աչքերի տակ սև շրջանակներ ու պարկեր են լինում։ Ցավոք բազում դեղամիջոցներ չեն օգնում։ Մինչդեռ սոդան բնական այլընտրաք է՝ զարմանալի արդյունքով։ Մեկ բաժակ տաք ջրին մեկ թեյի գդալ կերակրի սոդա խառնեք ու բամբակի օղակները թրջեք լուծույթում։ Բամբակե վիրախծուծը դրեք աչքի տակ ու թողեք մնա մոտ 15 րոպե։ Այնուհետև լվացեք դեմքը և յուղազերծ խոնավեցնող միջոց քսեք։ Աչքի տակի սև շրջանակներն ու պարկերը կվերանան։

Սոդայի հիմնական դիմակի համար անհրաժեշտ է 1 ճաշի գդալ սառը ջրին խառնել մեկ ու կես ճաշի գդալ սոդա, որպեսզի թաձր հեղուկ ստացվի։ Խնամքով քսեք լվացված դեմքին ու թողեք 10 րոպե։ Այնուհետև լվացեք գոլ ջրով ու թեթևակի չորացրեք։ Չոր մաշկի համար դիմակն ավելի կարճ ժամանակ թողեք, քանի որ սոդան մաշկից հեռացնում է յուղը։ Իսկ եթե յուղոտ մաշկ ունեք, ավելի երկար թողեք։

Սոդայի տարբեր դիմակներ տարբեր առավելություններ ունեն։ Հինականում դրանք դեմքը թարմացնում են, մաքրում և ողորկ դարձնում։ Սոդայի դիմակն օգտագործելով՝ թեփազերծում եք մաշկը, նվազեցնում մաշկի յուղն ու բուժում բշտիկները։ Հիշեք, որ կերակրի սոդան վերացնում է յուղը, ուստի շատ կարևոր է, որ քսեք միայն յուղազերծ խոնավեցնող միջոցներ։ Հետևեք հրահանգներին, կանոնավոր օգտագործեք սոդայի դիմակ, ու ձեր մաշկը կսիրի ձեզ։
