Աղջիկնե՛ր, դուք ամբողջ կյանքում սխալ եք օգտագործել միջադիրները

Կան շատ բաներ, որոնք մասին մարդիկ չեն ցանկանում խոսել, հատկապես երբ խոսքը վերաբերում է անձնական հիգիենային։ Սակայն նման բաների մասին նույնպես պետք է խոսել՝ հնարավոր սխալներից խուսափելու համար։ Նման արգելված թեմաներից մեկն էլ կնոջ մենստրուալ ցիկլն է, որոնք ցանկացած կնոջ ու աղջկա կյանքի բաղկացուցիչ մասն են։ Դա անխուսափելի բան է, ինչի պատճառով էլ դրա մասին խոսելը նույնպես պետք է անխուսափելի լինի։ Շատ աղջիկներ 11-13 տարեկան հասակում, ունանալով առաջին դրսևորումը, այդպես էլ չեն իմանում, թե ինչպես է պետք օգտագործել սանիտարական միջադիրները։ Այդ բացը լրացնելու համար Ձեզ ենք ներկայացնում դրանք ճիշտ կրելու ուղեցույցը։

Պետք է հասկանալ, որ շուկայում կան շատ տեսակների սանիտարական միջադիրներ, որոնցից յուրաքանչյուրն իր օգտագործման եղանակն ունի։ Մի քանիսը պարզապես ուղիղ են, մի քանիսն ունեն թևեր, որոնք պետք է ճիշտ տեղակայել։

Շատ աղջիկներ տեղադրում են միջադիրները թույլատրվածից ավելի ետ, ինչի պատճառով էլ չեն ունենում պատշաճ պաշտպանություն։ Միջադիրի առաջնային մասը պետք է հնարավորինս մոտ տեղակայել սեռական օրգանների արտաքին հատվածին՝ մաքսիմալ ապահովության համար։
