Ինչ է իրենից ներկայացնում կանացի պահպանակը և ինչպես են այն օգտագործում. Տեսանյութ

Կանացի պահպանակը սեռական հարաբերությունների ընթացքում կիրառվող պատնեշային բեղմնականխման միջոց է՝ նախատեսված սեռական ճանապարհով փոխանցվող վարակների վտանգը նվազեցնելու և անցանկալի հղիությունից խուսափելու համար։ Կանացի պահպանակը ստեղծվել է դանիացի բժիշկ Լասե Հեսըլի կողմից։ Այն կրում են կանայք՝ ներքին սեռական օրգաններում։ Պահպանակը ֆիզիկապես կանխում է ժայթքած սերմնահեղուկի կամ տղամարդու օրգանիզմում արտադրված այլ հեղուկների ներթափանցումը կնոջ օրգանիզմ։ Կանացի պահպանակները կարող են նաև օգտագործվել զուգընկերոջ կողմից՝ սրբանային սեռական հարաբերության ընթացքում։

Կանացի պահպանակը բարակ, նուրբ, մարմնի մասերն ազատորեն գրկող շապիկ է՝ յուրաքանչյուր ծայրին մեկական ճկվող օղակով։ Սովորաբար դրանք լինում են տարբեր չափերի։ Միջին չափի պահպանակները հիմնականում հարմար են գրեթե բոլոր կանանց համար։ Նրանք, ովքեր նոր են ծննդաբերել, սկզբում պետք է փորձեն օգտագործել մեծ չափի պահպանակ։ Շապիկի փակ կողմում գտնվող օղակը նախատեսված է պահպանակը հեշտոցի մեջ տեղադրելու և սեռական հարաբերությունների ընթացքում այն տեղում պահելու համար։ Պահպանակի բաց ծայրի օղակը, որի վրա փաթաթվում է շապիկը, մնում է կնոջ արտաքին սեռական օրգաններից դուրս և ծածկում դրանց մի հատվածը։

Կանացի մեկ պահպանակի արժեքն ավելի բարձր է, քան տղամարդունը, սակայն կան որոշ փաստեր, որոնց հիման վրա կարելի է եզրակացնել, որ պոլիուրետանից պատրաստված կանացի պահպանակները կարելի է լվանալ, վարակազերծել և կրկին օգտագործել։ Հետազոտությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ «FC2» կանացի պահպանակների կիրառումը ծախսարդյունավետ մեթոդ է ՄԻԱՎ-ից պաշտպանվելու համար, անգամ այն դեպքում, երբ դրանց օգտագործման տարածվածությունը մեծ չէ։ Ինչպես բոլոր պատնեշային բեղմնականխման միջոցների դեպքում, կանացի պահպանակների անվտանգության համար անհրաժեշտ է կիրառել ջրային կամ սիլիկոնային հիմքով քսուքներ։ Լատեքսից պատրաստված կանացի պահպանակների հետ չպետք է օգտագործվեն յուղեր։ «FC2» կանացի պահպանակներն արտադրվում են նախապես սերմնասպան չպարունակող, սիլիկոնային հիմքով քսուքներով պատված։ Նիտրիլից պատրաստված «FC2» պահպանակների դեպքում կարող են կիրառվել յուղային կամ ջրային հիմքով քսուքներ՝ պահպանակի մեջ լցնելու, արտաքին մակերևույթը կամ առնանդամը պատելու նպատակով։
