Երևանում 33-ամյա ամուսնացած տղամարդը ընկերոջ հետ առևանգել է ընկերուհուն ու բռնաբարել

Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի վարույթում է Սեդրակ Ն.-ի և Արտյոմ Ա.-ի գործի դատական քննությունը:

Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ 33-ամյա Սեդրակը, ով փաստական ամուսնական հարաբերությունների մեջ գտնվող երիտասարդ է, խնամքին երկու անձ ունի, 2015 թվականի օգոստոսի 22-ի լույս 23-ի գիշերը, իր ծանոթուհի Արմինեին (անունը փոխված է) առևանգելու ցանկությամբ տոգորված՝ նախնական համաձայնության է եկել ընկերոջ՝ 28-ամյա Արտյոմ Ա.-ի հետ:

Գիշերվա ժամը 2-ն անց 30-ի սահմաններում Սեդրակն ու Արտյոմը գնացել են Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանում բնակվող Արմինեի շենքի մոտ:

Սեդրակը զանգահարել է Արմինեին ու դուրս է կանչել:

Արմինեն դուրս է եկել բնակարանից, ու Սեդրակը վիճել է նրա հետ, ապա պարզաբանումներ կատարելու պատրվակով պահանջել է, որ Արմինեն գնա իր հետ:

Արմինեն մերժել է:

Սեդրակը բռունցքով երկու անգամ հարվածել է աղջկա գլխին, սպառնացել է, որ իր առաջարկը չընդունելու դեպքում կվնասի նրա ընտանիքի անդամներին:

Դրանից հետո Սեդրակն ու Արտյոմը բռնել են Արմինեի ձեռքերից ու նրա կամքին հակառակ իջեցրել են շենքի բակ:

Մոտ 200 մետր քայլել ու հասել են փողոց, որտեղ աղջկան ստիպողաբար նստեցրել են պատահական տաքսի և աղջկա կամքին հակառակ տարել են Չեխովի փողոցում գործող, «Գոռ և Էրիկ» ՍՊԸ-ին պատկանող հյուրանոցային համալիր:

Այնտեղ Սեդրակ Ն.-ն բռնություն է գործադրել տուժող Արմինեի նկատմամբ ու նրա կամքին հակառակ սեռական հարաբերություն է ունեցել հետը:

Սեդրակ Ն.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել խմբի կազմում նախնական համաձայնությամբ մարդու առևանգման և բռնաբարության համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 131 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով և 138 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Միայն առևանգմանը մասնակցած Արտյոմին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել միայն այդ արարքի համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 131 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով:

Ամբաստանյալների խափանման միջոցը ստորագրությունն է չհեռանալու մասին:
