Իսկ դուք գիտե՞ք թե ով է եղել առաջին օրենքով գողը

Աշխարհում կա ազգությամբ հայ 60 «օրենքով գող», որոնցից ոչ մեկը Հայաստանում չի ապրում, և այստեղ գալու իմաստ բացարձակապես չկա: Այս համոզմանն է քրեագետ Սերգեյ Գալոյանը, ում խոսքերով` բոլոր ժամանակներում էլ հայ «օրենքով գողերը» կարևոր առիթներով Հայաստան ժամանել են, սակայն հիմա այստեղ գալու պատճառ չկա: «Հայաստան գան, ի՞նչ գողանան: Արդեն սաղ գողացել են, էստեղ էլ գողանալու բան չկա: Ինչ որ պետք է, գողացողն արդեն գողացել է»,- Armlur.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց քրեագետը: Վերջինիս փոխանցմամբ` քրեական աշխարհի ներկայացուցիչներ Հայաստան մշտապես այցելել են: Նրանց թվում են եղել Դեդ Հասանը, Յապոնչիկը, Սալոնիկը, Նուռիկը, ով այստեղ էր գալիս հիմնականում Սֆո Ռաֆի հետ. ներկայումս «օրենքով գողերն» այստեղ են այցելում միայն հատուկ դեպքերում: «Սվո Ռաֆը գալիս էր Հայաստան ու բոլորի հետ նստում, խոսում՝ սկսած առաջին դեմքից: Այդ հանդիպումները սովորաբար կայանում էին այնպիսի վայրերում, որտեղ ոչ ոք չէր կասկածի, օրինակ՝ որևէ տեխնիկումում: Պետք չէր, որ երևար՝ հանրապետության առաջին դեմքերը նստած են «օրենքով գողերի» հետ»,- ասաց քրեագետը` ևս մեկ անգամ հորդորելով լուրջ վերաբերվել քրեական աշխարհին, իսկ ինչ-որ մարդասպանների, հանցագործների քրեական հեղինակություն կամ «օրենքով գող» ասելը ծիծաղելի և անընդունելի է: «Հիմա ամեն պատի տակ յուրաքանչյուրիս կարող են դանակահարել, դա հո չի՞ նշանակում, որ «օրենքով գող» հայտնվեց: Նման մարդկանց մասին ես իմ գրքերում չեմ գրում: Նրանք շատ պստիկ են: Երրորդ մասի Մժոն, Սիսիանցի Բժոն գալիս ասում են, որ իրենք գող են: Հայաստանում վերջին մարդը, որ կար օրենքով գող, մահացավ անցյալ տարի, խոսքը՝ Խոյեցյանի մասին է՝ «Խոյ» մականունով»,- նշեց մեր բանախոսը: Անդրադառնալով հայտնի «բանդայի գործին»` Սերգեյ Գալոյանը նկատեց, որ թեև ինքը գրում է այդ թեմայով, սակայն նկատի ունի ոչ թե այս պահին ամբաստանյալի աթոռին հայտնվածներին, այլ բանդայի իրական անդամներին: «Ես գրում եմ բանդայի մասին, որը թալանել է այդքան տներ: Դա չի նշանակում, որ բանդան գոյություն չի ունեցել: Ունեցել է, պարզապես այս տղաների գլխին է ջարդվում, անձնական շահագրգռվածության պատճառով նրանք են այդ վիճակում: Ես իմ գրքով ապացուցում եմ, որ այս բանդա կոչվածը կա, բայց նրանք չեն մասնակիցները, ովքեր նշվում են»,- վստահաբար ասաց քրեագետ Ս. Գալոյանը:
