Արյան ճնշման նորման ո՞րն է. ո՞ր դեպքում պետք է անհանգստանալ

Զարկերակային ճնշումը մի ցուցանիշ է, որը ցույց է տալիս, թե ինչ ուժով է արյան հոսքը ճնշում գործադրում անոթների պատերին: Դա կախված է սրտի աշխատանքի ուժից ու արագությունից, ինչպես նաև արյան ընդհանուր ծավալից, որը սիրտը կարող է մեկ րոպեում ներմղել ու արտամղել:

Գոյություն ունի զարկերակային առավելագույն ճնշում՝ սիստոլային ճնշում, որը ցույց է տալիս զարկերակային ճնշումը սրտամկանի կծկման պահին, և զարկերակային նվազագույն ճնշում՝ դիաստոլային ճնշում, որը ցույց է տալիս զարկերակային ճնշումը, երբ սրտամկանը թուլանում է:


Զարկերակային ճնշման նորման

Հասուն մարդու զարկերակային ճնշման կատարյալ նորման համարվում է 120/80 մմ ս.ս.-ը, սակայն այս ցուցանիշը կարող է տարբեր լինել՝ կախված մարդու տարիքից, նրա առանձնահատկություններից, ապրելակերպից, զբաղմունքից և այլն: Գոյություն ունեն զարկերակային ճնշման նորմաներ՝ կախված մարդու տարիքից:

· 16-20 տարեկան. սիստոլային ճնշումը՝ 100-120 մմ ս.ս., դիաստոլային ճնշումը՝ 70-80 մմ ս.ս.,

· 20-40 տարեկան. սիստոլային ճնշումը՝ 120-130 մմ ս.ս., դիաստոլային ճնշումը՝ 70-80 մմ ս.ս.,

· 40-60 տարեկան. սիստոլային ճնշումը՝ մինչև140 մմ ս.ս., դիաստոլային ճնշումը՝ մինչև 90 մմ ս.ս.,

· 60 տարեկանից բարձր. սիստոլային ճնշումը՝ 150 մմ ս.ս., դիաստոլային ճնշումը՝ 90 մմ ս.ս.:


Այսպիսով՝ եթե 16-ամյա երիտասարդի համար 100/70 մմ ս.ս. ճնշումը նորմայի սահմաններում է, ապա 60 տարեկանից բարձր որևէ մեկի համար այն լուրջ հիվանդության ախտանշան է: Նույնը կարելի է ասել նաև հակառակ իրավիճակի մասին, քանի որ 16-ամյա երիտասարդի համար 150/90 մմ ս.ս. ճնշումը կարող է լինել երիկամների, էնդոկրին կամ սրտանոթային համակարգերի հետ կապված խնդիրների ախտանշան:


Զարկերակային բարձր ճնշում

Միջին տարիքի մարդու մոտ 140/90 մմ ս.ս.-ից բարձր ճնշումն արդեն խոսում է ախտաբանության առկայության մասին, սակայն միշտ հարկավոր է հաշվի առնել նաև ուղեկցող հիվանդությունները: Օրինակ այդ ցուցանիշները նորմալ կլինեն շաքարային դիաբետով հիվանդների համար:


Զարկերակային ցածր ճնշում

Հասուն մարդու մոտ ցածր է համարվում 100/60 մմ ս.ս.-ից ցածր ճնշումը: Մյուս կողմից՝ մշտապես օրգանիզմը մեծ ծանրաբեռնվածությունների ենթարկող մարդկանց դեպքում (օր.՝ մարզիկները) 100/60 և նույնիսկ 90/50 մմ ս.ս.-ը դառնում է նորմալ:
