Բժիշկները նախագուշացնում են. անհապաղ դեն նետեք լոգանքի այս սպունգները

Շատ աղջիկներ ու կանայք չեն կարող պատկերացնել լոգանքն առանց նման սպունգների օգտագործման, քանի որ դա օգնում է հանգստանալ՝ յուրահատուկ կերպով մերսելով մարմինը։

Սակայն բժիշկ-մաշկաբանները համաձայն չեն դրա հետ, քանի որ հենց նույն սպունգով կարելի է շատ ավելի մեծ վնաս հասցնել մարմնին, քան օգուտ։

Սպունգ՝ մարմնի համար

«Journal of Clinical Microbiology» պարբերական հրատարակված հետազոտությանը ցույց է տվել, որ լոգանքի համար նախատեսված սովորական, ցանցաձև սպունգը բակտերիաների բազմացման համար լավագույն վայրն է։ Դա այդպես է, քանի որ մարդկանց գերակշիռ մեծամասնությունը լոգանք ընդունելուց հետո սպունգը թողնում է լոգարանում՝ խոնավ և տաք միջավայրում, ինչն իսկական դրախտ է միկրոօրգանիզմների համար։

Եվ ամեն անգամ, երբ մենք լոգանք ենք ընդունում և դրանով մանրակրկիտ կերպով տրորում մարմինը, այդ միկրոօրգանիզմները թափանցում են մարմնի անցքերի մեջ՝ դառնալով զանազան վարակների և այտուցումների պատճառ։ Եվ եթե անգամ լուրջ չեք վերաբերվում այդ բակտերիաներին, ապա բորբոսն ու այլ տեսակի սնկերը չի կարելի անտեսել։ Հայտնի մաշկաբան Մեթյու Նայթը և նրա կոլեգաների 98%-ը հորդորում են հրաժարվել նման սպունգներից, իսկ դրա փոխարեն օգտագործվող սպունգն էլ օգտագործել առավելագույնը 1 ամիս։

Իսկ եթե չեք ցանկանում հրաժարվել սիրելի աքսեսուարից, ապա լոգանքից հետո մանրակրկիտ լվացեք այն և չորացրեք ոչ թե բաղնիքում, այլ ոչ խոնավ և լուսավոր վայրում։
