Ընթանում էր ծննդաբերության 23-րդ ժամը, իսկ փոքրիկը չէր ծնվում. Բոլորը կորցրել էին իրենց հույսը, երբ բուժքույրը մոտեցավ մայրիկին և մի բան ասաց…

Ընթանում էր ծննդաբերության 23-րդ ժամը: Ինձ ուշագնաց տեղափոխեցին պատգարակի վրա: Ամեն ինչ մառախուղի նման էր: Շուրջս վառ լույս էր, ինչ-որ անզգացմունքային դեմքեր, մանկաբարձեր և բժիշկ:

-Ուժ տուր,- շշնջաց մեկը և ես սկսեցի ուժ տալ: Սխալ ես անում, ավելի կոպիտ գոռաց բժիշկը: Նա հորդորեց ավելի ուժեղ ուժ տալ, և ես սկսեցի նորից ուժ տալ, միաժամանակ ինձ մի պահ թվաց, թե նստատեղիս ոսկորները կոտրվում են:

Աչքերիս առջև սևացավ: Ես արդեն 20 րոպեից ավելի էր ուժ էի տալիս: Բժիշկների աչքերից երևում էր, որ մենք չենք շարժվում: Հոգումս վախ առաջացավ թե իմ, թե տղայիս համար: Նա արգելակվել էր նստատեղիս ոսկորների մեջ, իսկ ես ոչ մի կերպ չէի կարողանում կարգին ուժ տալ: Շուտով ծննդաբերության բաժանմունքում ևս մի քանի մարդ հայտնվեցին: Բժիշկները խոսելով իրար մեջ` ես հասկացա, որ կարող է ամենավատ բանը կատարվել և ես նույն վայրկյանին հավաքվեցի: Իմ գլխավերևում հայտնվեց մի կին, որին ես հարցրեցի, թե ինչու չեմ կարողանում ծննդաբերել: -Ես փորձում եմ ծննդաբերել,- պատասխանեցի ես:

 

-Քո երեխան մենակ չի կարող պայքարել, հասկանո՞ւմ ես: Նա շատ է ցանկանում մայրիկին տեսնել, նա փորձում է դուրս գալ և տեսնել մայրիկին: Նա մնացել է քո արգանդում ու չի կարողանում դուրս գալ:

-Դու ցանկանո՞ւմ ես առողջ երեխա ունենալ:

-Այո,- գոռացի ես:

-Այդ դեպքում ուժ տուր. նա քեզ է սպասում: Ամբողջ ուժով ուժ տուր: Մտածի՛ր քո երեխայի մասին, մտածի՛ր, թե որքան է նա տանջվում:

Դա լսելով` ես անմիջապես սկսեցի պատկերացնել իմ տղային:

Նա կարծես թե խնդրում էր ինձ: Թվում էր ես անմարդկային ջանքեր եմ գործադրում և նորից սկսեցի ուժ տալ:

Առաջին փորձից ես լսեցի բուժանձնակազմի խոսքերը, ովքեր ոգևորելով ինձ ասեցին, որ ճիշտ կերպով եմ ուժ տալիս: Երկրոդ փորձից դուրս եկավ երեխայի գլուխը, իսկ հաջորդ փորձին ծնվեց իմ տղան ամբողջությամբ կապտած: Նրան պառկեցրին իմ փորին, իսկ նա չէր գոռում: Նա նայում էր ինձ ու կարծես ասում.«Շնորհակալ եմ»:

Ես ուրախությունի լաց էի լինում: Ես ուրախ էի, որ ես ու տղաս անցանք այդ դժվար պահը: Ես նայեցի շուրջս և չտեսա իմ գլխավերևում կանգնած կնոջը: Ես նրան տեսա ծննդաբերությունի մի քանի օր անց:

Պարզվում է նա ոչ բժիշկ է և ոչ էլ մանկաբարձ է: Նա սովորական բուժքույր է, ով ժամանակին նույնպես դժվարությամբ էր ծննդաբերել` հազիվ փրկելով երեխայի կյանքը: Իմ տղան այժմ երեք տարեկան է, բայց մենք մինչ օրս շփվում ենք նրա հետ և ես շնորհակալ եմ նրան, որ նա ինձ ուժ տվեց երեխայիս ունենալու:
