Այն, ինչ պարտադիր պետք է իմանա աղացած և լուծվող սուրճ խմող յուրաքանչյուր մարդ

Սուրճի հատիկը բաղկացած է 2 թաղանթից` ներքին և արտաքին։ Այն աճելով իր մեջ կուտակում է 2 տիպի ալկալոիդ (բուսական մնացորդներ). արտաքինում` կոֆեին, ներքինում` տեոբրոմին։ Երբ մենք աղացած սուրճ ենք պատրաստում, ապա դրա մեջ միաժամանակ գտնվում են և՛ կոֆեինը, և՛ տեոբրոմինը։ Կոֆեինն ազդում է միանգամից և տևում 20-25 րոպե:

Դրա ազդեցութունն օրգանիզմի վրա պարզ է. այն նեղացնում է բոլոր օրգանների անոթները, բացի երիկամներից։ Երիկամներինը, հակառակը, լայնացնում է։ Բոլոր օրգաններում բարձրանում է արյան ճնշումը, լավանում է արյունաշրջանառությունը, և կրկին, բացի երիկամից։ 25 րոպե հետո կոֆեինի ազդեցությունն անցնում է, իսկ տեոբրոմինի էֆեկտը` սկսվում։

Տեոբրոմինը, ի տարբերություն կոֆեինի, լայնացնում է բոլոր անոթները, բացառությամբ երիկամի անոթների. դրանք նեղանում են։ Ստացվում է, որ կոֆեինի ժամանակ արյան ճնշումը բարձրանում է, իսկ դրա ազդեցության դադարից հետո, տեոբրոմինի ազդեցության տակ, արյան ճնշումն ընկնում է, իսկ երիկամների հատվածում թեթև ցավ ենք զգում։ Այդ իսկ պատճառով, իրեն հարգող յուրաքանչյուր սրճարան սուրճի հետ պետք է մեկ բաժակ ջուր բերի, որը պետք է խմել սուրճից 25-30 րոպե հետո` կանխելու համար տեոբրոմինային էֆեկտը։

Այսպիսով, երբ սուրճի հատիկից վերցնում են դրա ամենաթանկարժեք արտաքին շերտը` կոֆեինը` էներգետիկ ըմպելիքներ, կոֆեին պարունակող դեղամիջոցներ պատրաստելու համար, դրա տակը մնում է ներքին շերտը` տեոբրոմինը, որն ուղղվում է լուծվող սուրճի արտադրությանը։ Այդպիսով ստացվում է, որ լուծվող սուրճը` սուրճ է առանց կոֆեինի։ Դրանցից որոշ տեսակների վրա դա մակնշված է։ Այդպիսի սուրճերը ընդամենը 5-10% կոֆեին են պարունակում իրենց մեջ։ Այդ իսկ պատճառով այն թարմացնող հատկություն չունի, արյան ճնշումը չի բարձրանում, ավելին, դրա օգտագործումից հետո ցանկանում ես քնել։

Եվ կապ չունի, թե որքան թանկարժեք է լուծվող սուրճը, դա միևնույնն է այն ազդեցությունը չի թողնելու, ինչ աղացած սուրճը։ Դրա համար երկար ճանապարհ գնալու համար վարորդներին խորհուրդ չի տրվում իրենց հետ լուծվող սուրճ վերցնել` արթուն մնալու համար, քանի որ 30 րոպե հետո սկսվելու է տեոբրոմինային փուլը և քնելու ցանկություն է առաջանալու։ Ինչպես նաև կատեգորիկ կերպով վարորդների խորհուրդ չի տրվում լուծվող սուրճ խմել ճանապարհ գնալուց առաջ։ Ցանկալի է աղացած, իսկ ավելի լավ կլինի թունդ թեյ։

Այն բաղկացած է մաքուր կոֆեինից և ոչ մի տեոբրոմին չի պարունակում։ Սա պարզ տեխնոլոգիա է և ոչ մի բացառություն չի ներառում:
