38-ամյա այս տղամարդուն 137 տարվա ազատազրկում է սպառնում․ ահա, թե ինչու

Շոտլանդիայի Լուդոն շրջանի դատարանի երդվյալ ատենակալները Ջեյսոն Բրուքսի համար պահանջում են 137 տարվա ազատազրկում և 6,000 դոլար տուգանքի նշանակում։

Ջեյսոն Բրուքսը մեղադրվում է խոշոր չափերի հասնող 6 գողություններ անելու, գողոնները ապօրինաբար վաճառելու, ուրիշին պատկանող գույքը մի քանի անգամ վնասելու և շատ այլ հանցագործություններ կատարելու մեջ։

Հետաքննության արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ մեղադրյալն անցյալ տարվա ընթացքում 11 մեքենաների անիվներ է գողացել․ մարդիկ դիմումներ էին ներկայացրել ոստիկանության բաժանմունքներ, որ իրենց մեքենաների անվադողերը գողացել են և փոխարենը քարե կտորներ դրել։

Ոստիկանները կասկածում էին, որ այդ բոլոր հանցագործությունները մեկ մարդ է կատարել, քանի որ բոլոր քարե կտորների վրա կապույտ կտորի հետքեր կային։

Բրուքսի տունը խուզարկելուց հետո անվադողերի՝ կապույտ կտորի մեջ փաթաթված մանեկներ, պտուտակներ և պտուտակահաններ հայտնաբերվեցին, ինչն էլ հիմնավորեց ոստիկանների բոլոր կասկածները։

Դատարանը Ջեյսոն Բրուքսի դատավճիռը կհրապարակի հոկտեմբերի18-ին։
