Այս կինը 70 տարեկանում 20-ամյա աղջնակի տեսք ունի ի շնորհիվ այն բանի, որ հրաժարվել է ընդամենը 1 մթերքից. ահա, թե որն է այն

70 – ամյա ավստրալացի Կարոլին Հարթսը, ով 3 երեխաների մայր է, պայթեցրել է համացանցը, իր լողազգեստով լուսանկարները հրապարակելուց հետո: Նրա արտաքին տեսքը և շլացուցիչ կազմվածքը, պարզապես ցնցել է համացանցի օգտատերերին:

Վերջերս լրագրողների հետ ունեցած հարցազրույցներից մեկի ժամանակ Կարոլինը բացահայտել է իր գեղեցկության և երիտասարդ լինելու գաղտնիքը: Նա պնդում է, որ ավելի քան 30 տարի ինքը շաքար չի օգտագործել, ինչն էլ իր հերթին տվել է իր դրական արդյունքը:

Կարոլինը պատմում է նաև, որ ինքը նախկինում կախվածություն է ունեցել քաղցրից, սակայն վերջին 30 տարիների ընթացքում կտրականապես դադարել է օգտագործել այն:

« Կանայք շատ հաճախ կարծում են, որ 50-ից հետո անհնար է պահպանել գեղեցիկ կազմվածքը, նույնիսկ 40 տարեկան մայրիկներից շատերը նույնպես այդպես են կարծում»,- նշում է նա:

Այնուամենայնիվ կինը կարծում է, որ ցանկության դեպքում հնարավոր է հասնել հաջողության:

«Տարիքի հետ միառժամանակ մեր օրգանիզմը ավելի մեծ խնամք է պահանջում իր նկատմամբ, իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ առողջության վերաբերյալ յուրաքանչյուր որոշում շատ կարևոր է»,- ավելացնում է նա:

«Կնոջ խոսքերով, շատ մեծ նշանակություն նաև ունի սննդակարգը, ինչն անկանոն կազմակեպելու դեպքում կարող է հանգեցնել քաշի ավելացման»,- շարունակում է Կարոլինը:

Կարոլինի օրակարգում շատ մեծ նշանակություն ունի նաև քունը: Նա օրական 8 ժամ հատկացնում է քնին, և հաճախ զբաղվում մեդիտացիայով:

« Ամեն օր աշխատանքից առաջ ես կես ժամ զբաղվում եմ մեդիտացիայով, որն օգնում է ամբողջ օրը թարմ և առույգ տեսք ունենալ:
