Մաքրեք սխտորը և խառնեք այն բլենդերի մեջ կիտրոնի հետ։ Այնուհետև ավելացրեք կտավատի սերմերի յուղ և մեղր ու նորից խառնեք, մինչև չստանաք միատարր զանգված։ Հետո տեղափոխեք խառնուրդը ապակե տարայի մեջ և պահպանեք սառնարանում։ Դուք պետք է օգտագործեք 1 ճաշի գդալ այս միջոցից 3 անգամ օրվա մեջ, ուտելուց 30 րոպե առաջ։ Արդյունքներ չեն ուշանա։
