Ինչ պետք է լինի,իսկ ինչ` ոչ 2018-ի ամանորյա սեղանին

Անցնող տարում խորհուրդ էր տրվում ամանորյա սեղանին մատուցել թռչնի մսից պատրաստված ճաշատեսակներ։ Հետաքրքիր է, ինչ պետք է մատուցել դեղին Շան տարում:

Տոնական սեղանին պետք է լինի թարմ միրգ ու բանջարեղեն՝ ցանկալի է դեղին գույնի. բուլղարական պղպեղ, տանձ, խնձոր, մանդարին, նարինջ, բանան և այլն։

Ինչ վերաբերում է քաղցրին, ապա այն պետք է սահմանափակել. ավելի նախընտրելի է կաթնաշոռով թխվածքաբլիթը, որում կա ընկուզեղեն։
Մի խոսքով, շանը հաճոյանալու համար տոնական սեղանին պետք է գերակշռի միսը, սակայն առանց խոհարարական բարդ ուտեստների. շունը պարզություն է սիրում։

Ինչ չի կարելի պատրաստել.

Շունը չի սիրում ձուկ։Նրան հակացուցված են այն տեսակները, որոնք մանր փշեր են պարունակում։ Սեղանին մի դրեք խավիար, ձկնային աղցաններ, սուշի և այլն։

Ճաշացանկից պետք է բացառել նաև մասնատված մակարոնեղենը. պարզվում է՝ մակարոնի երկարությունից է կախված երկարակեցությունը։ Ինչ վերաբերում է խմիչքին, ապա ցանկալի չէ մատուցել գարեջուր, կվաս, լիմոնադ։ Տարվա տիրուհին չի ողջունում նաև պինդ ալկոհոլը, հավանաբար տեսել եք, թե ինչպես է շունն արձագանքում հարբած մարդկանց։

Այն պետք է բնական լինի. շեշտը դրեք country ոճի վրա. օրինակ՝ կարող եք կիրառել կավե ամաններ։Աղցաններում դրեք փայտյա գդալներ։
