Ճամբարակի զորամասում դեռևս անհայտ հանգամանքներում մահացած 18-ամյա Նարեկ Թորոսյանը Հայ-ռուսական համալսարանի լրագրության բաժնի ուսանող էր։ «5-րդ ալիք»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ՀՌՀ լրագրության ամբիոնի վարիչ Մարինա Ալեքյանը նշել է, որ Նարեկը համեստ ու ընկերասեր տա էր։«Նարեկի մասին յուրաքանչյուր հիշողություն այսօր դառնում է առավել թանկ, նրա մարդկային կերպարը, համեստությունն ու ընկերասիրությունը կմնան նրան ճանաչած մարդկանց հիշողության մեջ որպես լուսավոր ու բարի երիտասարդի հիշատակ»,- ասաց Մ. Ալեքյանը

Զինվորի հայրենի քաղաք Չարենցավանում ևս Նարեկին հիշում են որպես լուսավոր, խելացի, ոչ կոնֆլիկտային երիտասարդի։ Չարենցավանի համայնքապետը ճանաչում է նրա ընտանիքին, չի կարծում, թե Նարեկն ինքը կարող էր խնդիրներ ստեղծել։

«18 տարեկան տղա էր, խելոք երեխա էր, հայրիկին այդպես չեմ ճանաչում մոտիկից շատ։ Մորական պապուն եմ ճանաչում, իրար հետ աշխատել ենք, խելոք ընտանիք էին էլի»,- ասաց Չարենցավանի համայնքապետ Հակոբ Շահգալդյանը։

Համայնքապետը խուսափեց զինծառայողի հնարավոր ինքնասպանության մասին տարածված լուրերը մեկնաբանել։ Ասում է՝ հստակ չգիտի ինչ է կատարվել։

«Հակասական բաներ են, որը բնականաբար ես թույլ էլ չեմ տա, որպեսզի հիմա դրա մասին խոսեմ»,- հավելեց Հակոբ Շահգալդյանը։
