Բագրատ սրբազանը դատական հայց է ներկայացրել Փաշինյանի դեմ՝ պահանջելով հերքել ընտրակաշառքի վերաբերյալ հնչեցրած հայտարարությունները, որոնք, ըստ հայցի, զրպարտչական են։ Պահանջում է նաև 49.7 դրամ խորհրդանշական փոխհատուցում։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Datalex տեղեկատվական համակարգից:

Վազգեն Գալստանյանը պահանջում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը դատարանի վճիռն օրինական ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո 5 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում հրապարակայնորեն հերքի իր պատիվը, արժանապատվությունը և բարի համբավը, ըստ հայցի, արատավորող և իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող հայտարարությունները։ Հերքումը պետք է հրապարակվի ՀՀ կառավարության պաշտոնական կայքում, ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնական կայքում, ինչպես նաև առնվազն 5000 տպաքանակ ունեցող մամուլի միջոցով։

Հայցում առաջարկվող հերքման տեքստը հետևյալն է.

«ՀԵՐՔՈՒՄ. Ես՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանս, հայտնում եմ, որ 2026 թվականի հունիսի 11-ին ՀՀ կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ հարցուպատասխանի ընթացքում իմ կողմից հնչեցված այն պնդումները, թե «ՔՊ-ն ստացել է 100 տոկոսով օրգանիկ քվե, էն մյուս ուժերը ստացել են 100 տոկոսով ընտրակաշառքով քվե... Առանց փողի, նրանց օգտին ոչ մեկը չի քվեարկել, բացարձակապես ոչ մեկը», չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը և հանդիսանում են զրպարտություն ընտրություններին այլ քաղաքական ուժի օգտին քվեարկած ՀՀ քաղաքացի Վազգեն Պետրոսի Գալստանյանի նկատմամբ»։
