Փամբակում ուսումնական զորավարժության ժամանակ զինծառայող է վիրավորվել. ի՞նչ է հայտնում ՊՆ-ն

Քաղաքացին ArmLur.am-ին ահազանգում է այն մասին, որ Փամբակի ուսումնական զորամասում ուսումնական վարժանքների ժամանակ զինծառայող է վնասվածք ստացել։

Մեզ հետ զրույցում նա տեղեկացրեց, որ զինծառայողը Սովետաշենի զորամասից է։ Քաղաքացու պնդմամբ՝ նման դեպքերն այս զորամասում տեղի են ունենում ոչ ճիշտ հրամկազմի հետեւանքով։ Նրա խոսքով՝ զորամասում թույլ հսկողություն, իսկ հրամանատար Պողոս Պետրոսյանն առաջնորդվում է «սիմպատյաներով»։

«Այս հրամանատարին, որեւէ զինծառայող չի ընդունում։ Այս վերաբերմունքին նա արժանացել է, բայց, քանի որ «կրիշ» ունի շարունակում է իր ծառայությունը։ Մի քանի ամիս առաջ էլ նույն հրամանատարը խնդիրներ է ունեցել պարեկային ծառայողի հետ, վիճել վերջինիս հետ, սակայն ՊՆ-ի կողմից կրկին մնացել է անպատիժ»-, հայտնում է քաղաքացին։

Քաղաքացին հայտնում է, որ հստակ չեն կարողացել իմանալ, ինչ պատճառով է վնասվածք ստացել, բայց ներքին խոսակցություններն այն մասին են, որ բետոնային պայթյուն «տրածիլ» է տեղի ունեցել, ինչի հետեւանքով կորցրել է մեկ ոտքը, մյուս ոտքին ստացել այրվածքներ եւ ոսկրային կոտրվածքներ։

«Ամիսներ առաջ էլ այս նույն հրամանատարի ներքո ծառայողներից մեկի աչքը զորամասից դուրս հանեցին, հիմա էլ այս դեպքը։ Ինչքա՞ն կարելի է։ Նախկինում նման դեպքերի ժամանակ խիստ պատժվում էին՝ նկատողություն, պաշտոնից զրկում, աստիճանից զրկում: Հիմա ինչո՞ւ է ՊՆ-ն լռում»,- հարց է բարձրացնում քաղաքացին։

ArmLur.am-ին նաև հայտնեցին, որ ուսումնական վարժանքների ժամանակ վիրավորում ստացած զինծառայողն ընդամենն ամիսներ անց պիտի զորացրվեր։ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Պաշտպանության նախարարությունից հաստատեցին ArmLur.am-ին փոխանցած տեղեկությունը՝ նշելով հետեւյալը.

«Զինծառայողը վիրահատվել է, գտնվում է բժիշկների հսկողության ներքո, նրա կյանքին վտանգ չի սպառնում։ Առողջության և զինծառայողի այլ անձնական տվյալներ չենք կարող հաղորդել, քանի որ համապատասխան օրենքները (անձնական տվյալների և բժշկական գաղտնիքի մասին) թույլ չեն տալիս»:
