Դատարանը մերժել է գաղտնիքների գողության մեղադրանքով OpenAI-ի դեմ Մասկի հայցը․ WSJ

Իլոն Մասկը դատարանում կրկին պարտվել է արհեստական բանականության (ԱԲ) ոլորտում իր գլխավոր մրցակից Սեմ Ալթմանին։ Ինչպես հայտնում է The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) պարբերականը, Սան Ֆրանցիսկոյի դաշնային դատավոր Ռիտա Լինը մերժել է մոլորակի ամենահարուստ մարդու «xAI» ընկերության հայցն ընդդեմ «OpenAI» ստարտափի, որով վերջինս մեղադրվում էր չատբոտերի ստեղծման համար առևտրային գաղտնիքներ գողանալու մեջ։

Դատավորի խոսքով՝ «xAI»-ը չի կարողացել ապացուցել, որ մրցակից ընկերությունը նպատակաուղղված իր կողմն է քաշել ընկերության նախկին ինժեներներից մեկին՝ իրենց «Grok» չատբոտի մասին գաղտնի տեղեկություններ կորզելու համար։ Հայցը մերժվել է առանց նույն հարցով կրկին դիմելու իրավունքի, քանի որ դատարանն այդ քայլն «անօգուտ» է համարել։

Մասկի ստարտափը «OpenAI»-ին դատի էր տվել 2025 թվականին՝ «xAI»-ի առևտրային գաղտնիքները յուրացնելու և աշխատակիցներին գողանալու մեղադրանքով։

Ավելի վաղ Օքլենդի (Կալիֆոռնիա նահանգ) շրջանային դատարանը մերժել էր Ալթմանի դեմ Մասկի մեկ այլ հայցը։ 2024 թվականից սկիզբ առած այս դատական քաշքշուկի շրջանակներում «xAI»-ի սեփականատերը պահանջում է «OpenAI»-ի ղեկավարի հրաժարականը։ Երկու տարի առաջ Մասկը դատի էր տվել հանրահայտ «ChatGPT»-ի մշակող ընկերությանը՝ մեղադրելով ղեկավարությանը իրենց սկզբնական առաքելությունից հրաժարվելու մեջ։ Ըստ հայցի՝ ընկերությունը պետք է գործեր բացառապես ոչ առևտրային հիմունքներով։

Լրատվամիջոցների փոխանցմամբ՝ Մասկն ու Ալթմանը միմյանց հետ հաշիվներ են մաքրում դեռևս 2015 թվականից։
