Կորեայի Հանրապետության նախկին նախագահը դատապարտվել է 30 տարվա ազшտազրկման՝ ԿԺԴՀ ԱԹՍ-ներ փոխանցելու համար

Առաջին ատյանի դատարանը Կորեայի Հանրապետության նախկին նախագահ Յուն Սոկ Յոլին դատապարտել է 30 տարվա ազատազրկման՝ Փհենյան անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր ուղարկելու համար, որի նպատակը ռազմական դրություն մտցնելու պատրվակ ստեղծելն էր։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Yonhap գործակալությունը, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

Սեուլի կենտրոնական շրջանային դատարանը Յուն Սոկ Յոլին մեղավոր է ճանաչել հակառակորդին օժանդակելու և իշխանությունը չարաշահելու մեղադրանքներով։

«Հակառակորդին օժանդակելու» հոդվածը կիրառվում է այն դեպքում, երբ Կորեայի Հանրապետության ռազմական շահերին վնաս է հասցվել՝ նույնիսկ առանց ԿԺԴՀ-ի հետ ուղղակի դավադրության։

2024 թվականի աշնանը Կորեայի Հանրապետության տարածքից արձակվել էին մի քանի անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր, որոնք թռուցիկներ էին տարածում Փհենյանի շրջակայքում, և դրանցից առնվազն մեկը կործանվել էր և հայտնվել ԿԺԴՀ-ի ինժեներների ձեռքում։

«Թեև ռազմական ոլորտում շահերին հասցված վնասի մակարդակը այս գործողության պատճառով, ըստ ամենայնի, լուրջ չի եղել, ամբաստանյալները փորձել են սադրել Հյուսիսային Կորեային՝ որպես քող օգտագործելով ռազմական գործողությունը, որպեսզի պայմաններ ստեղծեն ռազմական դրություն հայտարարելու համար»,- նշել է դատավորը։

«Այս գործողությունը չի կարելի դիտարկել որպես Հյուսիսային Կորեայից աղբով լի փուչիկներ ուղարկելու արդարացի պատասխան, դրա հետևում կանգնած են եղել անձնական դրդապատճառներ, որոնք կապ չեն ունեցել պետական անվտանգության կամ պաշտպանության հետ»,- ավելացրել է դատարանը։

2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերին նախագահ Յուն Սոկ Յոլը, խախտելով սահմանադրությունը, հայտարարել էր ռազմական դրություն, ինչի համար նրան հետագայում հեռացրել էին իշխանությունից։ 2024 թվականի գարնանը և ամռանը ԿԺԴՀ-ի տարածքից աղբով փուչիկներ էին արձակվում՝ ի պատասխան այն ակտիվիստների գործողությունների, որոնք դեղորայք և քարոզչական նյութեր էին ուղարկում։

Փետրվարին առաջին ատյանի դատարանը Յուն Սոկ Յոլին ցմահ ազատազրկման էր դատապարտել պետական կարգի դեմ ապստամբության համար՝ կապված ռազմական դրության իրադարձությունների հետ։
