Ակբա բանկը տպավորիչ ցուցանիշներով ամփոփել է 2025 թվականը

Ակբա բանկը բաժնետերերի տարեկան ընդհանուր ժողովում տպավորիչ ցուցանիշներով ամփոփել է 2025 թվականն ու նոր նշաձողեր սահմանել ընթացիկ տարվա համար։

 2025-ին Ակբա բանկը շարունակել է զարգացնել գործարար հարաբերությունները միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ՝ ներգրավելով ավելի քան 54,3 մլրդ դրամի միջոցներ, որոնք ուղղվել են Հայաստանում գյուղոլորտի և փոքր ու միջին ձեռնարկությունների ֆինանսավորմանը։  

 Ֆինանսական հիմնական ցուցանիշներն աճել են՝ հասնելով բանկի համար նոր ռեկորդային արդյունքների. 

    • Զուտ շահույթը կազմել է շուրջ 35,9 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ,
    • Ակտիվներն աճել են 14%-ով՝ գերազանցելով 1 տրիլիոն ՀՀ դրամը (1,063 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ),
    • Կապիտալն աճել է 19%-ով՝ հասնելով 195 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամի,
    • Վարկային պորտֆելն աճել է 18%-ով՝ հասնելով 633 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամի,
  • Լիզինգի պորտֆելը աճել է 11%-ով՝ հասնելով ավելի քան 103 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամի,
  • Ավանդների և թողարկված պարտատոմսերի աճը կազմել է 8%՝ հասնելով 670 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամի։

2025-ին բանկի acba digital օգտագործողների թիվը աճել է 21%-ով՝ հասնելով շուրջ 643,000-ի։ 

«Մեր տեսլականը հստակ է` կառուցել բանկ, որը  ոչ միայն արձագանքում է փոփոխություններին, այլ նաև ձևավորում է ապագան, որը կարողանում է համադրել տեխնոլոգիան, մարդկային վստահությունն ու երկարաժամկետ արժեք ստեղծելու կարողությունը։ 2025–ը ֆինանսական ցուցանիշների առումով ռեկորդային էր, որին հասել ենք թիմային աշխատանքի արդյունքում։  2026 թվականի համար ակնկալում ենք ոչ միայն պահել այս բարձր ցուցանիշները, այլև էլ ավելի բարձրացնել մեր նշաձողն ու նոր ցուցանիշներ գրանցել»,- նշել է Ակբա բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Հակոբ Անդրեասյանը։  

 «2025-ին Ակբա բանկի խորհուրդը բավականին մեծ աշխատանք է կատարել կորպորատիվ կառավարման զարգացման ուղղությամբ։ Այս փոփոխությունները կբերեն բանկի խորհրդի և գործադիր մարմնի միջև փոխհարաբերությունների արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը»,- նշել է Ակբա բանկի խորհրդի նախագահ Սոնա Իշխանյանը։

«Անցած տարի մենք ունեցել ենք պատմական առումով ռեկորդային ցուցանիշներ. ակտիվների մեծությամբ հասել ենք շուրջ 1 տրիլիոն 63 միլիարդի, ինչը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ աճ է 14%-ով։ Մյուս տպավորիչ ցուցանիշը մեկ բաժնետոմսին բաժին ընկնող շահույթն է, որը կազմել է շուրջ 6000 դրամ։ 2021 թվականին, երբ բանկը IPO իրականացրեց, ներգրավեցինք 7.5 միլիարդ դրամ կապիտալ։ Անցել է ընդամենը 5 տարի, և մենք այժմ բաշխում ենք նույն չափով՝ 7.5 միլիարդ դրամ շահաբաժին մեր բաժնետերերին»,- նշել է Ակբա բանկի ֆինանսական տնօրեն Ստյոպա Զաքինյանը։

Ակբա բանկը 2025-ին շարունակել է զարգանալ՝ առաջնորդվելով իր առաքելությամբ, արժեքներով և երկարաժամկետ ռազմավարությամբ։
