Քրեական հեղինակության uպանnւթյան փորձը կանխվել է

Քրեական ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության ծառայողները օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ էին ստացել սպանության նախապատրաստման վերաբերյալ։

Պարզվել է, որ ապրիլին վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել Վանաձոր քաղաքի Ներսիսյան նրբանցքի երկու բնակչի` 41 և 34 տարեկան տղամարդկանց միջև, որից հետո 34-ամյա երիտասարդը դիմել է քրեական հեղինակություն հանդիսացող 39-ամյա վանաձորցուն՝ վեճն իր օգտին լուծելու համար: 

Պարզվել է նաև, որ ապրիլի 23-ին՝ ժամը 22-ի սահմաններում 39-ամյա վանաձորցին, որ այլ քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում գտնվում էր տնային կալանքի տակ, իրենց շենքի շքամուտքի մոտ հանդիպման է կանչել 41-ամյա տղամարդու մտերիմ երկու հոգու: 

Վիճաբանության արդյունքում սկսվել է ծեծկռտուք, որի ընթացքում նրանք փոխադարձ հարվածներ են հասցրել միմյանց և հնչեցրել հայհոյանքներ: Այնուհետև վիճաբանությանը միջամտել են Վանաձորի բնակիչ մի խումբ տղամարդիկ, և նրանցից 32-ամյա տղամարդն ապօրինի պահվող հրազենով կրակոցներ է արձակել 39-ամյա քրեական հեղինակության ոտքերի տակ, ինչից հետո դիմել են փախուստի: 

Միջադեպից հետո ծեծկռտուքին մասնակից մի խումբ տղամարդիկ, համոզված լինելով, որ քրեական հեղինակությունը հաշվեհարդար տեսնելու նպատակով գալու է իրենց հետևից, Վանաձորի Նաիրիի փողոցում գտնվող տնակում պլանավորել և նախապատրատել են 39-ամյա վանաձորցու սպանությունը։ 

Մասնավորապես, թաքստոցներից հանել են ապօրինի պահվող զենք-զինամթերք, այդ թվում` ինքնաձիգներ, զենքը բաժանել իրար մեջ, լիցքավորել հրազենները, կատարել դերաբաշխում և դարանակալել ծառերի հետևում: 

Սպասելով մինչև գիշերվա ժամը 3-ը և տեսնելով, որ 39-ամյա վանաձորցին չի հայտնվում, խմբի անդամները ինքնաձիգները թաքցրել և ատրճանակներով ու դանակներով զինված շրջել են նրա բնակության վայրի մոտակայքում: 

Խմբի անդամներին չի հաջողվել ավարտին հասցնել հանցագործությունը, քանի որ քրեական ոստիկանների ձեռնարկած միջոցառումների արդյունքում նրանցից 4-ը զենք-զինամթերք ձեռք բերելու, կրելու, պահելու և մեկ այլ սպանության նախապատրաստության համար ձերբակալվել և կալանավորվել են։ 

Այս դեպքով ևս նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որի շրջանակում մայիսի 22-ին 39-ամյա վանաձորցին և ևս երկու տղամարդ ձերբակալվել, կալանավորվել և տեղափոխվել են քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ։ Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ խմբի անդամներից ևս մեկին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։ Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
