ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը բարելավում է անշարժ գույքի գրավով վարկերի պայմանները

ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը թարմացրել է անշարժ գույքի գրավով սպառողական վարկերի պայմանները՝ դարձնելով պրոդուկտն ավելի հասանելի և ճկուն մանրածախ հաճախորդների համար։ Բարելավված առաջարկի շրջանակում հաճախորդները կարող են ձևակերպել մինչև 30 մլն դրամի վարկ՝ որպես գրավ ներկայացնելով Հայաստանի տարածքում գտնվող բնակելի կամ կոմերցիոն անշարժ գույք։ Վարկի գումարը կազմում է անշարժ գույքի գնահատված արժեքի մինչև 60%-ը։

ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի մանրածախ հաճախորդներին հասանելի է անշարժ գույքի գրավով սպառողական վարկ՝ մինչև 30 մլն ՀՀ դրամի չափով։ Մինչև 10 մլն դրամի հայտերը կարող են դիտարկվել պարզեցված կարգով՝ առանց եկամուտների պարտադիր հաստատման։

Վարկի տոկոսադրույքը կազմում է տարեկան 17.5%-ից մինչև 21% (փաստացի տոկոսադրույքը՝ 18.9%-23.8%)։ Մարման ժամկետը՝ 3-ից մինչև 10 տարի։ Թարմացված պայմանները նախատեսում են նաև վարկի վաղաժամկետ մարում՝ առանց տույժերի, ինչպես նաև վարկի սպասարկման ամսական միջնորդավճարի և հայտի դիտարկման վճարի բացակայություն։

«Մենք կայուն հետաքրքրություն ենք տեսնում սպառողական վարկերի նկատմամբ, հատկապես այն հաճախորդների կողմից, ովքեր կողմնորոշված են երկարաժամկետ ֆինանսական լուծումների։ Այս պահանջարկին արձագանքելով՝ բանկը բարելավել է պրոդուկտի պայմանները՝ բարձրացնելով վարկավորման առավելագույն գումարը մինչև 30 մլն ՀՀ դրամ։ Ընդ որում, մինչև 10 մլն դրամի վարկերը հասանելի են ձևակերպման պարզեցված կարգով։ Թարմացված պայմանները հաճախորդներին հնարավորություն են տալիս ներգրավել ավելի խոշոր գումարներ՝ երկար ժամկետով։ Այս փոփոխությունները հաշվի առնելով՝ մենք նախատեսում ենք ընթացիկ տարում ավելացնել վարկային պորտֆելը 30%-ով»,- մեկնաբանել է ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի Գլխավոր տնօրենի -  Տնօրինության նախագահի տեղակալ Տարաս Կլադչենկոն։

Վարկը կարելի է ձևակերպել բանկի ցանկացած մասնաճյուղում՝ ներկայացնելով սոցիալական քարտ, անձնագիր կամ ID–քարտ (վարկառուի, համավարկառուի և գրավատուի), ինչպես նաև անշարժ գույքի սեփականության իրավունքը հաստատող փաստաթղթեր։

Պրոդուկտի մանրամասն պայմաններին կարելի է ծանոթանալ ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի կայքում, բանկի մասնաճյուղերում կամ զանգահարելով Կոնտակտային կենտրոն՝ 87 87 հեռախոսահամարով։
