Կինոարվեստի և գիտության ակադեմիան պաշտոնապես արգելել է գեներատիվ արհեստական ​​բանականությանը մասնակցել Հոլիվուդի ամենահեղինակավոր մրցանակների համար։ 99-րդ «Օսկար» մրցանակաբաշխությունից առաջ կազմակերպությունը հրապարակել է ընտրության թարմացված կանոնները, որոնք հստակորեն սահմանափակում են արհեստական ​​բանականության ազդեցությունը և առաջնահերթություն են տալիս մարդկային ստեղծագործականությանը։
