Լոնդոնի ֆոնդային բորսայում զանգի հնչեցման արարողությամբ նշանավորվեց Ամերիաբանկի ներառումը FTSE 100-ում` որպես LFG խմբի մաս

Lion Finance Group-ը (LFG) ազդարարեց իր ընդգրկումը FTSE 100 ինդեքսում՝ շուկայի փակումից հետո հնչեցնելով Լոնդոնի ֆոնդային բորսայի զանգը։ 

Ամերիաբանկը` որպես LFG խմբի մաս, 2026թ. մարտին ներառվել է աշխարհի առաջատար բորսաներից մեկի FTSE 100 ինդեքսում՝ դառնալով առաջին հայկական ընկերությունը, որն ընդգրկվում է Լոնդոնի ֆոնդային բորսայում ցուցակված 100 խոշորագույն ընկերությունների շարքում։

Լոնդոնի ֆոնդային բորսայի զանգի հնչեցման արարողությունը խորհրդանշական ավանդույթ է, որին մասնակցում են ֆինանսական հաստատությունների ներկայացուցիչները, ներդրողները և հիմնական շահառուները։ 

Այս արարողությանը մասնակցեցին Lion Finance Group-ի, Ամերիաբանկի, Bank of Georgia-ի ղեկավար կազմը, ինչպես նաև Վրաստանի և Հայաստանի կառավարությունների անդամներ, այդ թվում՝ ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը, ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահ Մարտին Գալստյանը և այլ հյուրեր։

LFG-ի ընդգրկումը FTSE 100 ինդեքսում վկայում է խմբի երկարաժամկետ ռազմավարության և կայուն աճի նկատմամբ միջազգային ներդրողների մեծ վստահության մասին։

Այս կարևոր իրադարձությունը խմբի և դրա անդամների համար նշանավորում է զարգացման նոր փուլ, որի հիմքում երկարաժամկետ ռազմավարական տեսլականն է և հաճախորդների համար արժեք ստեղծելու հանձնառությունը։

2006 թվականից Լոնդոնի ֆոնդային բորսայում ցուցակված լինելով՝ LFG ֆինանսական խումբն ընդգրկվում է FTSE 100 ինդեքսում Ամերիաբանկի՝ խմբին միանալուց երկու տարի անց։ Սա վկայում է Ամերիաբանկի՝ խմբում ընդգրկվելու ռազմավարական կարևորության և խմբի ընդհանուր զարգացման համար բանկի նշանակալի դերի մասին։

Նշենք, որ այցի ընթացքում Ամերիաբանկի ու Bank of Georgia-ի ներկայացուցիչները հյուրընկալվել են նաև Միացյալ Թագավորությունում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեսպանատանը, հանդիպել են արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ն.Գ Վարուժան Ներսեսյանի հետ:
