Սոֆթ Կոնստրակտը «Career City Fest 2K26» ցուցահանդեսին ներկայացրել է մասնագիտական նոր հնարավորություններ

«Սոֆթ Կոնստրակտ» ընկերությունը ս․թ․ ապրիլի 18-19-ը «Մերիդիան» էքսպո կենտրոնում մասնակցել է «Career City Fest 2K26» լավագույն գործատուների ցուցահանդեսին՝ ներկայացնելով ընկերության թափուր աշխատատեղերը, կորպորատիվ մշակույթն ու մասնագիտական աճի հնարավորությունները։ 

ՏՏ ոլորտի առաջատար «Սոֆթ Կոնստրակտ» ընկերության տաղավարը երկու օրերի ընթացքում հարյուրավոր այցելուներ է ընդունել, ներկայացվել են ընկերության ազատ հաստիքներն ինչպես սկսնակ մասնագետների համար, այնպես էլ` փորձառու: 

«Բադալյան եղբայրներ» ընկերություններ խմբի ՄՌԿ տնօրեն Մարիա Կարապետյանն էլ ներգրավվել է մարդկային ռեսուրսների կառավարման մասնագիտական քննարկումներին՝ հանդիսադրելով ընկերության աշխատուժի  ձևավորման առանցքային ուղղությունները։ Պանելային քննարկման շրջանակներում բանախոսներն անդրադարձել են պետական և մասնավոր հատվածների աշխատաշուկայի մրցակցության տենդենցներին և հնարավորություններին։

Անդրադառնալով ընկերության վերջին երկու տարվա բարեփոխումներին՝ Մարիա Կարապետյանը նշել է, որ «Սոֆթ Կոնստրակտ» ընկերությունը Հայաստանում առաջին անգամ ներդնելու է գլոբալ մասնագիտական համայնքին քաջ հայտնի «Workday» ՄՌ կառավարման նորարարական գործիքակազմը։ Նա ընդգծել է, որ գործիքակազմը տարածաշրջանի մակարդակով առանձնացնելու է Խմբի բոլոր ընկերությունների աշխատակիցներին․ «Դա մարդկային ռեսուրսների կառավարման համապարփակ ծրագիր է, որը թույլ է տալիս գործատուներին և ղեկավարներին արդյունավետ կառավարել մարդկային կապիտալը, սկսած տաղանդների ներգրավումից, աշխատակիցների զարգացումից, կատարողականի կառավարում, ժամանակի կառավարում և շատ ավելին», - ասել է նա։

Հավելենք, որ փառատոնն իրականացվել է «Career City Fest 5th Generetion» կարգախոսի ներքո, որը խորհրդանշում է փառատոնի 5-ամյակն ու ցուցահանդեսը՝ որպես 5 սերունդների հանդիպման վայր։ «Սոֆթ Կոնստրակտ» ընկերությունը երրորդ տարին անընդմեջ մասնակցում է «Career City Fest» ցուցահանդեսին և Հայաստանի լավագույն գործատուներից է։ Ընկերության թափուր հաստիքներին ծանոթանալու համար անհրաժեշտ է անցնել հետևյալ հղումով։
