ԱՄՆ բանակի զինծառայողին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Մադուրոյի հեռացման գործողության վրա խաղադրույք անելով 400,000 դոլար շահելու համար

Նիկոլաս Մադուրոյին գերեվարած ռազմական գործողությանը մասնակցած ԱՄՆ հատուկ նշանակության ջոկատի զինվորը ձերբակալվել է այն բանից հետո, երբ նա, ըստ մեղադրանքի, գրազ է եկել Վենեսուելայի նախկին առաջնորդի հեռացման վրա՝ նախքան տեղեկատվության հրապարակային դառնալը: Այս մասին հայտնում է BBC-ն:

ԱՄՆ արդարադատության նախարարությունը Վան Դայկին մեղադրանք է առաջադրել անձնական օգուտ ստանալու նպատակով պետական գաղտնի տեղեկատվության անօրինական օգտագործման, պետական ոչ հրապարակային տեղեկատվության գողության, ապրանքային խարդախության, կապի միջոցներով խարդախության և անօրինական դրամական գործարք կատարելու մեջ:

Հյուսիսային Կարոլինայի Ֆորտ Բրեգում տեղակայված ԱՄՆ բանակի գործող զինծառայող Վան Դայկը իր գրազների արդյունքում շահել է ավելի քան 409,000 դոլար:

Արդարադատության նախարարությունը պնդում է, որ 2025 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 26-ին կամ մոտակա օրերին Վան Դայկը ստեղծել է Polymarket հաշիվ և սկսել է առևտուր անել Մադուրոյի և Վենեսուելայի հետ կապված շուկաներում: Նա մեղադրվում է ավելի քան 33,000 դոլարի գրազներ կատարելու մեջ՝ տիրապետելով «Բացարձակ վճռականություն» գործողության մասին գաղտնի, ոչ հրապարակային տեղեկատվության:

«Մեր համազգեստ կրող տղամարդկանց և կանանց վստահվում է գաղտնի տեղեկատվություն՝ իրենց առաքելությունը հնարավորինս անվտանգ և արդյունավետ կատարելու համար, և նրանց արգելվում է օգտագործել այս խիստ զգայուն տեղեկատվությունը անձնական ֆինանսական օգուտների համար», - ասել է ԱՄՆ գլխավոր դատախազի պաշտոնակատար Թոդ Բլանշը:

Արդարադատության նախարարության պաշտոնյաները նշել են, որ որպես զինվոր Վան Դայկը ստորագրել է չհրապարակման համաձայնագրեր, որոնցով նա խոստացել է երբեք չբացահայտել, չհրապարակել կամ չհայտնել գրավոր, բանավոր, վարքագծով կամ այլ կերպ, ցանկացած գաղտնի կամ զգայուն տեղեկատվություն, որը վերաբերում է ռազմական գործողություններին:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ԱՄՆ ուժերը հունվարի 3-ին Կարակասում իրականացված կտրուկ գիշերային ռայդի ժամանակ իրենց նստավայրից գերեվարել են Մադուրոյին և նրա կնոջը՝ Սիլիա Ֆլորեսին, և տեղափոխել Նյու Յորք՝ զենքի և թմրամիջոցների հետ կապված հանցագործությունների մեղադրանքներով, որոնք նրանք հերքում են:
