ԶՊՄԿ-ն արդեն 4 տարի է ներկայացնում է կայուն զարգացման հաշվետվություն, ինչը թափանցիկ աշխատելաոճի գլխավոր գրավականն է

Բիզնեսի աճի գլխավոր նախապայմանը տնտեսության ֆորմալացումն է: Թեման քննարվկել է ապրիլի 17-ին կայացած համաժողովի ընթացքում, որը նախաձեռնել էր Հայաստանի Գործատուների Հանրապետական Միություն (ՀԳՀՄ), Աշխատանքի միջազգային կազմակերպության (ԱՄԿ) աջակցությամբ։

 Միջոցառման առանցքային թեման պետության հետ համատեղ բիզնեսի զարգացման նոր ճանապարհային քարտեզ ձևավորելն էր, որտեղ առաջ է մղվելու թափանցիկության կարևորությունը:

 Համաժողովին մասնակցում էին պետական շահագրգիռ գերատեսչությունների, գործարար համայնքի և միջազգային կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներ։

Հայաստանի գործատուների հանրապետական միությունը նախաձեռնել է այս համաժողովը, քանի որ ոլորտում երկար ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տվել, որ խնդիրը լուծելու համար մի քանի թիրախային միջամտություններ են անհրաժեշտ: «Շատ կարևոր է պարզել, տնտեսության ֆորմալացումը ցանկության, թե՞ կարողության հետևանք է, այսինքն՝ բիզնեսը չի՞ ցանկանում աշխատել, թե՞ չի կարողանում աշխատել»,- ասել է ՀԳՀՄ նախագահ Վահագն Համբարձումյանը:

 Համաժողովին ներկա է եղել նաև Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերության և մետալուրգիայի ասոցիացիայի նախագահ, Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի(ԶՊՄԿ) գլխավոր տնօրենի առաջին տեղակալ Վարդան Ջհանյանը։

Նրա խոսքով հանքարդյունաբերությունը երկրի ամենաթափանցիկ աշխատող ոլորտներից է:

«Քանի որ մեր ոլորտը ստվերից ազատվելու խնդիր չունի և թափանցիկ աշխատելու տեսանկյունից համարվում է երկրում առաջամարտիկ, մենք այսօր մասնակցում ենք այս համաժողովին տնտեսության մեջ առկա խնդիրներին անդրադառնալու համար, չէ որ մենք գործունեություն ենք ծավալում Հայաստանում և մեր ոլորտը համարվում է տնտեսության շարժիչ ուժը:

Թափանցիկ աշխատելը չափազանց կարևոր է և մենք հպարտորեն արձանագրում ենք, որ ԶՊՄԿ-ն արդեն 4 տարի է ներկայացնում է կայուն զարգացման հաշվետվություն, ինչը թափանցիկ աշխատելաոճի գլխավոր գրավականն է: Եվ ես հույս ունեմ, որ մեր երկրումն աշխատող ընկերությունները, հատկապես խոշորները, կհետևեն մեր օրինակին և կսկսեն հրապարակել նմանատիպ թափանցիկ հաշվետվություններ»,- ընդգծել է Վարդան Ջհանյանը:
