ԶՊՄԿ-ի մասնակցությամբ Սյունիքում մեկնարկում է կենսական նշանակության խոշոր ջրային ծրագիր․ 4320 բնակիչ կստանա կայուն ոռոգման ջուր

Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը (ԶՊՄԿ) հերթական անգամ միացել է «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի ավանդական դրամահավաք-արշավին՝ կարևոր ներդրում կատարելով երկրի կենսական ենթակառուցվածքային ծրագրերից մեկում։

Այս տարվա արշավի խորագիրը՝ «Կենսունակ համայնքներ», ուղղված է ջրամատակարարման և ոռոգման համակարգերի զարգացմանը, իսկ ծրագրի առանցքում Սյունիքի մարզի ռազմավարական նշանակության ենթակառուցվածքներից մեկը՝ Սպանդարյանի ջրանցքն է։

Ջրային համակարգի վերականգնում՝ տարածաշրջանի զարգացման համար

Նախատեսվում է իրականացնել Սպանդարյանի ջրանցքի 3-փուլանոց վերակառուցում, քանի որ ներկայում այն գտնվում է վթարային վիճակում՝ մոտ 70% ջրակորուստով։ Այս վիճակը տարիներ շարունակ սահմանափակել է գյուղատնտեսական հողերի արդյունավետ օգտագործումը և ստեղծել ջրի լուրջ դեֆիցիտ մի շարք բնակավայրերում։

Ծրագրի իրականացումից հետո ակնկալվում է՝

  • ջրի կորուստների զգալի նվազում,
  • ոռոգման համակարգի ամբողջական վերականգնում,
  • գյուղատնտեսական արտադրության աճ և հողերի վերադարձ շրջանառության մեջ։

4320 բնակիչ՝ ապահովված ջրամատակարարումով

Ծրագրի շահառուների շրջանակը ներառում է Սյունիքի մի շարք համայնքներ՝
Սառնակունք, Իշխանասար, Ծղուկ, Սպանդարյան, Անգեղակոթ և Շաքի։

Ընդհանուր առմամբ՝

  • շուրջ 4320 բնակիչ կստանա կայուն ոռոգման ջուր,
  • մոտ 2800 հեկտար հողատարածք կրկին կդառնա մշակելի,
  • կզարգանան գյուղատնտեսական արտադրությունն ու տեղական տնտեսությունը։

ԶՊՄԿ-ի ներդրումը՝ 50 մլն դրամ

Ծրագրի ֆինանսավորման շրջանակում ԶՊՄԿ-ն «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամին է փոխանցել 50 միլիոն դրամի նվիրատվություն, միանալով սոցիալական պատասխանատվության լայնածավալ նախաձեռնությանը։

Այս քայլը դիտարկվում է որպես կարևոր աջակցություն ոչ միայն ենթակառուցվածքային ծրագրին, այլև Սյունիքի սոցիալ-տնտեսական կայուն զարգացման երկարաժամկետ ռազմավարությանը։

Տարածաշրջանի զարգացման և ջրային անվտանգության կարևոր քայլ

Փորձագետների գնահատմամբ՝ Սպանդարյանի ջրանցքի վերակառուցումը ունի ոչ միայն տնտեսական, այլ նաև ռազմավարական նշանակություն․ այն նպաստում է՝

  • ջրային ռեսուրսների ավելի արդյունավետ կառավարմանը,
  • գյուղական համայնքների ամրապնդմանը,
  • կլիմայական ռիսկերին դիմակայելու կարողության բարձրացմանը։

ԶՊՄԿ-ի մասնակցությունը նման նախաձեռնություններին համարվում է գործարար հատվածի և համայնքային զարգացման համագործակցության օրինակ, որը միտված է երկարաժամկետ արդյունքների ապահովմանը։
