18-ամյա Դավիթին հիվանդանոցից կրկին տեղափոխել են «Արմավիր» ՔԿՀ, այս գործն արդեն իրավաբանության հետ կապ չունի, իրավաբանությունից կտրվել է: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասել են Սուրբ Աննա եկեղեցում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի հետևանքով 2 ամսով կալանավորված Դավիթ Մինասյանի պաշտպանները:

«Այսօր ես հրապարակել եմ տեսագրությունը, թե ոնց է թիկնապահը եկեղեցու ծիսակատարության ընթացքում բռունցքով հարվածում 18 տարեկան երեխային: Մեր հարցին, թե արդյոք վերոնշյալ տեսանյութը իրավապահ մարմինները զննել կամ տեսել են, պատասխանը եղել է այն, որ իրենց որևէ տեսանյութ հայտնի չէ»,- նշել է Լուսինե Մարտիրոսյանը:

Պաշտպանների խոսքով՝ իրենք հայտարարել են, որ երեխան հիվանդություններ ունի, խնդրել են բժիշկներին 3 րոպե սպասել, որպեսզի մայրը բժշկական փաստաթղթերը բերի, սակայն բժիշկները չեն սպասել:

«Իրենց հետազոտությունը ավարտվեց միայն սոնոգրաֆիա անելով ու հարցնելով, թե ոնց է տղան, այստեղի բժիշկները գտան, որ բավարար է երեխայի վիճակը, իրենց 2 փաստաթղթի կոպիա եմ տվել, ասացին՝ Հայաստանում բոլորն այդ սրտի առիթմիան ունեն»,- հավելել է պաշտպան Վարդուհի Էլբակյանը:

Լուսինե Մարտիրոսյանը նշեց, որ հիմա գնում են Արմավիր ՔԿՀ՝ բժշկական փաստաթղթեր ներկայացնելու:

«Հիմա գնանք Արմավիր, տանենք բժշկական փաստաթղթերն այնտեղ, չնայած, որ այսօր եմ կարդացել մամուլում հերթական գանգատները՝ Արմավիր քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում բուժօգնության մատուցումից, այնտեղից ի՞նչ օգնություն պետք է ցույց տան»:
