Ֆասթ Բանկը տեղաբաշխում է 12 միլիարդ ՀՀ դրամի կորպորատիվ պարտատոմսեր

Ֆասթ Բանկը թողարկել է 12 միլիարդ ՀՀ դրամ ընդհանուր ծավալով արժեկտրոնային կորպորատիվ պարտատոմսեր՝ 100 հազար ՀՀ դրամ անվանական արժեքով  և 10․50% տարեկան եկամտաբերությամբ։ Պարտատոմսերը տեղաբաշխվում են սույն թվականի մարտի 23-ից մինչև հուլիսի 31-ը։

Հավելենք, որ պարտատոմսերը թողարկվել են 24 ամիս (23.03.2028) մարման ժամկետով կիսամյակային վճարման պարբերականությամբ: Ի դեպ, ՀՀ հարկային օրենսգրքով նախատեսված արտոնության համաձայն՝ պարտատոմսերից ստացվող եկամուտն ազատված է եկամտային հարկից մինչև 2027թ․ դեկտեմբերի 31-ը ներառյալ։

Ֆասթ Բանկի կորպորատիվ պարտատոմսերը հնարավոր է ձեռք բերել ոչ միայն Բանկի 24/7 գործող մասնաճյուղերից, այլև հեռավար տարբերակով՝ Fast Bank Mobile հավելվածի կամ առցանց բանկինգի միջոցով։ Ձեռք բերված պարտատոմսերն ու դրանց ողջ նկարագիրն արտացոլվելու է հավելվածի «Իմ պարտատոմսերը» բաժնում։

ՀՀ ԿԲ նախագահի 2026 թվականի հունվարի 29-ի թիվ 1/44Ա որոշմամբ գրանցվել է պարտատոմսերի Ծրագրային ազդագիրը։ 

Ծրագրային ազդագրի, Ազդագրի լրացման և Թողարկման վերջնական պայմանների էլեկտրոնային տարբերակը կարելի է բեռնել հետևյալ հղումով, իսկ թղթային տարբերակները` այցելելով Ֆասթ Բանկի գլխամասային գրասենյակ կամ Բանկի ցանկացած մասնաճյուղ:
