ԶՊՄԿ-ի շարունակական աջակցությունը՝ հույս և վերականգնում Կապանի ու Քաջարանի երեխաների համար

Կապան և Քաջարան համայնքներում սոցիալական ծրագրերի իրականացումը տարիներ շարունակ հանդիսանում է Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի (ԶՊՄԿ) կարևորագույն առաքելություններից մեկը։ Ընկերությունը հետևողականորեն իրականացնում է համայնքակենտրոն նախաձեռնություններ՝ նպատակ ունենալով բարելավել բնակչության կյանքի որակը և աջակցել առավել խոցելի խմբերին։

Այս համատեքստում առանձնահատուկ նշանակություն ունի ԶՊՄԿ-ի երկարամյա համագործակցությունը «Հույսի և հավատի օջախ» հասարակական կազմակերպության հետ։ Ավելի քան 10 տարի ընկերությունը աջակցում է կառույցին, որն այսօր տարածաշրջանում բնակվող շուրջ 45 հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաների համար ապահովում է կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող ֆիզիոթերապևտիկ ծառայություններ։

2017 թվականից սկսած՝ ԶՊՄԿ-ն ամեն տարի կազմակերպությանը տրամադրում է 4 միլիոն դրամ՝ նպաստելով երեխաների առողջական վիճակի բարելավմանը, նրանց ֆիզիկական զարգացմանը և սոցիալական ինտեգրմանը։ Ծրագրի շրջանակում երեխաները ստանում են նաև մասնագիտական հոգեբանական աջակցություն, ինչը կարևոր դեր է խաղում նրանց լիարժեք զարգացման և հասարակության մեջ ակտիվ ներգրավվածության համար։

Վերջին երեք տարիներին այս կարևոր առաքելությունն իր վրա է վերցրել «ԶՊՄԿ» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը՝ շարունակելով և ընդլայնելով իրականացվող ծրագրերի ծավալը։ Հիմնադրամի ներգրավվածությունը թույլ է տալիս ապահովել ավելի համակարգված և երկարաժամկետ աջակցություն՝ ընդգրկելով նոր նախաձեռնություններ և բարելավելով ծառայությունների որակը։

ԶՊՄԿ-ի նմանատիպ նախաձեռնությունները վկայում են, որ խոշոր բիզնեսը կարող է և պետք է կարևոր դերակատարում ունենա հասարակական խնդիրների լուծման գործում՝ դառնալով իրական հենարան համայնքների համար։ Ընկերության սոցիալական պատասխանատվության քաղաքականությունը շարունակում է մնալ օրինակելի՝ նպաստելով ոչ միայն տնտեսական, այլև մարդակենտրոն զարգացմանը տարածաշրջանում։
