Աշտարակում հանրային սննդի օբյեկտի գործունեություն է կասեցվել. ՍԱՏՄ

ՀՀ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի Արագածոտնի մարզային կենտրոնի տեսուչներն անհատ ձեռնարկատեր Քրիստինե Սարգսյանին պատկանող հանրային սննդի օբյեկտում իրականացված ստուգման ընթացքում հայտնաբերել են իրավական ակտերով սահմանված սանիտարահիգիենիկ նորմերի մի շարք խախտումներ (Արագածոտնի մարզ, ք․ Աշտարակ, Նարեկացի 45): Այս մասին հայտնում են տեսչական մարմնից:

«Մասնավորապես՝

• սննդի կառույցը նախագծված, կառուցված և տեղակայված չի եղել այնպես, որ ապահովվի պատշաճ մաքրում և ախտահանում, կանխվի կեղտի կուտակումը, թունավոր նյութերի հետ շփումը, օտար մասնիկների թափանցումը սննդամթերքի մեջ, անցանկալի բորբոսների առաջացումը։ Չեն կիրառվել հիգիենայի պատշաճ մեթոդներ՝ ներառյալ աղտոտումից պաշտպանումը և միջատների դեմ պայքարը,

• ձեռքերի և հումքի լվացման լվացարանները տեղակայված չեն եղել առանձին և իրարից որոշակի հեռավորության վրա, ինչպես նաև կառույցները ապահովված չեն եղել լվացող և ախտահանող նյութերի՝ սննդամթերքից առանձնացված պահման տարածքներով,

• հանրային սննդի օբյեկտի հատակը, պատերը և դռները չեն ունեցել հարթ և նորոգ մակերեսներ, պատրաստված չեն եղել անջրանցիկ, չներծծող, լվացվող և ոչ թունավոր նյութերից,

• հանրային սննդի օբյեկտի առաստաղը և վերին ամրությունները նախագծված և կառուցված չեն եղել այնպես, որ կանխարգելվի կամ նվազեցվի կեղտի կուտակումը, գոլորշու խտացումը, անցանկալի բորբոսների աճը և մասնիկների թափվելու հնարավորությունը,

• հանրային սննդի օբյեկտի սննդամթերք պարունակող տարածքների աշխատանքային մակերևույթները պատրաստված չեն եղել հարթ, մաքրվող, քայքայամաշման (կոռոզիայի) չենթարկվող նյութերից, հեշտությամբ չեն մաքրվել և ախտահանվել,

• սահմանված չի եղել սննդամթերքի արտադրության (պատրաստման) գործընթացում օգտագործվող արտադրական շինությունների, տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումների և գույքի մաքրման, լվացման, ախտահանման, միջատազերծման և կրծողների ոչնչացման գործընթացների պարբերականություն, դրանք չեն իրականացվել։

Կազմակերպության տնօրենին հանձնարարվել է ձեռնարկել անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ և արտադրամասը համապատասխանեցնել իրավական ակտերի պահանջներին:

Արտադրամասի արտադրական գործունեությունը կասեցվել է, սահմանվել է ժամկետ հայտնաբերված խախտումները վերացնելու համար»:
