Ucom-ը զգուշացնում է հեռախոսային խարդախությունների նոր ալիքի մասին

Ucom-ը  տեղեկացնում է, որ Հայաստանում նկատվում է հեռախոսային խարդախությունների ակտիվացում։ Խաբեբաները զանգահարում են տեղական կամ արտասահմանյան հեռախոսահամարներից, ինչպես նաև հաղորդագրություններ են ուղարկում WhatsApp, Telegram և Viber հավելվածներով։

Ներկայանալով որպես բանկերի, հեռահաղորդակցական օպերատորների, առաքման ծառայությունների կամ պետական մարմինների աշխատակիցներ՝ նրանք փորձում են հասանելիություն ստանալ քաղաքացիների անձնական տվյալներին և հեռախոսներում տեղադրված հավելվածներին՝ հետագայում ֆինանսական միջոցներ կորզելու նպատակով։

Խաբեբաները հաճախ ուղղորդում են քաղաքացիներին փոխանցել կամ թելադրել SMS-ով ստացված ծառայության ակտիվացման կոդերը, սեղմել SMS հաղորդագրություններով ուղարկված հղումները և լրացնել բանկային քարտի կամ անձնական տվյալները, ինչպես նաև հեռախոսում տեղադրել հատուկ ծրագրեր՝ օրինակ 5G ծառայություն ակտիվացնելու կամ որևէ ծառայությունից անվճար օգտվելու պատրվակով։

Այս գործողությունները կատարելու դեպքում  խաբեբաները կարող են հափշտակել ֆինանսական միջոցները, մուտք գործել բանկային հավելվածներ և իրականացնել տարբեր գործողություններ, հաղորդագրություններ ուղարկել քաղաքացիների մտերիմներին, հասանելիություն ստանալ անձնական հաղորդագրություններին կամ հեռակա կարգով կառավարել հեռախոսը։ Նման խարդախություններն իրականացվում են շատ արագ՝ հաշված րոպեների ընթացքում։

Ucom-ը բաժանորդներին ևս մեկ անգամ հորդորում է երբեք հեռախոսի միջոցով չտրամադրել անձնական տվյալներ, գաղտնաբառեր կամ բանկային կոդեր, չպատասխանել անծանոթ հեռախոսահամարներից եկող զանգերին, հատկապես եթե զանգը կատարվում է արտերկրից, չսեղմել անծանոթ SMS հաղորդագրություններում տեղադրված հղումների վրա և անմիջապես անջատել զանգը, եթե զանգահարողը խնդրում է տրամադրել անձնական տվյալներ, բացել հղումներ կամ կատարել որևէ գործողություն։
