Վայոց ձորի խոհանոցն ու մշակույթը մեկ վայրում. «Ընկուզենու տակ»

Եղեգնաձորում գտնվող «Ընկուզենու տակ» անվամբ իր հյուրատանը Լիլիթն արդեն ութ տարի է, ինչ ընդունում է հարյուրավոր հյուրերի՝ ներկայացնելով Վայոց ձորի ավանդական ուտեստները, ավանդույթները, կազմակերպում վարպետաց դասեր։ Տարբեր երկրներից ժամանած զբոսաշրջիկները տեղում համտեսում են նաև տնական օղիներն ու գինիները։

«Ընկուզենու տակ» հյուրատունն Ակբա Ֆեդերացիայի և NABU Հայաստանի «Գյուղական տուրիզմի զարգացման» ծրագրի շահառուներից է. տրամադրված դրամաշնորհի միջոցներով վերանորոգվել է հյուրատունը։ Բացի այդ, Լիլիթը մասնակցել է նաև Ակբա բանկի կողմից կազմակերպած սկսնակ ձեռներեցների բիզնես դասընթացներին, որոնք ևս օգնել են նրան հյուրատնային ոլորտում կատարել իր առաջին քայլերը։ 

«Դասընթացը շատ մոտիվացնող էր. սկզբնական շրջանում, լինելով սկսնակ և  անփորձ, բավականին մեծ և դրական ազդեցություն է ունեցել ինձ վրա: Հյուրասրահը վերանորոգել ենք Ակբա Ֆեդերացիայի ու NABU-ի կողմից համատեղ իրականացվող ծրագրի շրջանակում։ Այստեղ հյուրերին հյուրընկալում ենք ձմռանը՝ ցուրտ եղանակին. միանգամից կարող ենք ընդունել 20-30 անձի։ Բիզնեսում միշտ կան դժվարություններ և կան փուլեր, երբ ոչինչ չի ստացվում, բայց պետք է չհուսահատվել և անընդհատ առաջ գնալ»,- նշել է «Ընկուզենու տակ» հյուրատան հիմնադիր Լիլիթ Խալաթյանը։

Լիլիթի նպատակները մեծ են. ցանկանում է ընդլայնել տարածքը ու ավելի շատ զբոսաշրջիկների  ընդունել իրենց հյուրընկալ անկյունում:
