ՊՆ պաշտոնատար անձը մեղադրվում է խոշոր չափերի կաշառք ստանալու և պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու մեջ

ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթով պարզվել է, որ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության հանրապետական զինվորական կոմիսարիատի մարզային ստորաբաժանման պաշտոնատար անձը, իր ծառայողական լիազորություններն ու դրանցով պայմանավորված ազդեցությունն օգտագործելով, տարբեր անձանց օգտին ապօրինի գործողություն կատարելու համար ստացել է խոշոր չափերի կաշառք:

Նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչը, իր որդուն պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայությունից 3 տարի ժամկետով տարկետում տրամադրելու նպատակով, նույն մարզի բնակչի օժանդակությամբ պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերել ՀՀ ՊՆ վերը նշված պաշտոնատար անձի հետ, ով հարցի լուծման համար 2025 հուլիսին պահանջել է խոշոր չափի՝ 11.000 ԱՄՆ դոլարի չափով կաշառք:

Բացի այդ, նախաքննությամբ բացահայտվել են նաև ՊՆ նույն պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից քաղաքացիների օգտին ապօրինի գործողություններ կատարելու, այն է՝ վարժական հավաքներին չմասնակցելու գործընթացը կազմակերպելու և դրան օժանդակելու դեպքեր:

Մասնավորապես՝ ՊՆ պաշտոնյան օրենքով սահմանված հիմքերի բացակայությամբ քաղաքացու՝ վարժական հավաքներին չմասնակցելու գործընթացը կազմակերպելու դիմաց նրանից ստացել է ավելի քան 1 մլն ՀՀ դրամ արժողությամբ տարբեր ապրանքներ, իսկ մյուս դեպքում՝ մեկ այլ պաշտոնատար անձի հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, չարաշահելով իրենց պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները, իր ծանոթին վարժական հավաքներից խուսափելուն օժանդակելու համար նշված պաշտոնյային դրդել է կազմել բժշկական կեղծ եզրակացություն:

ՊՆ պաշտոնատար անձին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 435-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով, 435-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ և 3-րդ կետերով, 441-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետով, 46-445-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 46-462-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (2 դրվագ): Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել տնային կալանքը: Մեղադրանքներ են ներկայացվել ևս 3 անձի:

Քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և վարույթի նյութերը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել են ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան:

Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
