Իշխանության նոր սադրանքը գործի է դրվել

Հայաստանի արտաքին հետախուզության ծառայությունը նախօրեին հայտարարություն էր տարածել՝ նշելով, որ հետախուզական տվյալներ է ստացել, ըստ որոնց՝ այլ երկրում, հատուկ ծառայությունների անունից, ինչ-որ անձինք Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ ճնշումներ են գործադրում, որպեսզի վերջիններս հունիսի 7-ին Հայաստանում կայանալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում ֆինանսական և կազմակերպչական բնույթի հարցերով աջակցեն որոշ քաղաքական ուժերի։

Ժամեր անց ոստիկանությունը տեղեկացրեց, որ արդեն իսկ ստուգողական գործողություններ է իրականացրել ԱՀԾ տեղեկատվության հիման վրա և առերևույթ հանցանքի մասին հաղորդումն ուղարկել Քննչական կոմիտե։ Պարզ էր, որ իշխանության այս նոր սցենարին միանալու էին նաև նրան սպասարկող քարոզչամեքենան ու ՀԿ-ները, որոնք էլ տպավորություն էին փորձելու ստեղծել, թե Ռուսաստանը հիբրիդային հարձակումներ է իրականացնում։

Հայտնի Դանիել Իոաննիսյանը նախ հայտարարեց, թե մայիսի վերջից հունիսի սկզբի համար քաղաքական ուժերից մեկի ներկայացուցիչները ամրագրում են սարսափելի մեծ թվով ավտոբուսներ ու միկրոավտոբուսներ՝ արտերկրից (հիմնականում Ռուսաստանից) բերվող ընտրողներին դիմավորելու ու տեղափոխելու համար։ Պնդելով, որ իրենք ևս ունեն Ռուսաստանում հայազգի բիզնեսմենների նկատմամբ պարտադրանքի մասին արժանահավատ տվյալներ, «Անկախ դիտորդը» հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում է ներկայացրել դատախազություն՝ ՔՕ 233 հոդվածով (կուսակցություններին ֆինանսավորելուն պարտադրելը)։ Իոաննիսյանը նաև հայտնել էր, թե Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանում ծրագրում է իշխանափոխություն իրականացնել և այդ նպատակով Անվտանգության դաշնային ծառայության միջոցով, ճնշում գործադրելով հայ գործարարների վրա, փորձում է Ռուսաստանից շուրջ 80 հազար ընտրող բերել Հայաստան՝ հոգալով նրանց տեղափոխման ծախսերը, ինչպես նաև 100 հազար ռուբլի ընտրակաշառք է խոստանում։

Որևէ հստակ փաստ, ձայնագրություն, տեսագրություն կամ ապացույց ոչ Փաշինյանին ենթակա ծառայությունը, ոչ արևմտյան ֆինանսավորմամբ այդ կազմակերպությունը չեն ներկայացրել։ Փոխարենը աղմուկի մեջ փորձում են վարկաբեկել ընդդիմությանը՝ նրանց ներկայացնելով որպես արտաքին ուժերի գործակալներ։ Մի կողմ թողնենք այն հանգամանքը, որ հենց իրենք են գործակալներ, բայց այս կերպ իշխանությունը մեկ այլ խնդիր էլ է լուծում։ Ցանկանում են հիմքեր ստեղծել ընդդիմադիր ուժերի գրանցումն ու ընտրություններին մասնակցությունը խափանելու համար։
