Ֆասթ Բանկը տեղաբաշխում է միաժամանակ երկու տեսակի դոլարային պարտատոմսեր

Ֆասթ Բանկը սույն թվականի փետրվարի 23-ից առաջին և երկրորդ տրանշներով մեկնարկել է դոլարային արժեկտրոնային պարտատոմսերի միաժամանակյա երկու տեղաբաշխում՝ 5 միլիոն և 3 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար ընդհանուր թողարկման ծավալով։ 

Առաջին տրանշի պարտատոմսերն ունեն 5 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար ծավալ և թողարկվել են 100 ԱՄՆ դոլար անվանական արժեքով։ Այս ծավալով պարտատոմսերն ապահովում են տարեկան 6% արժեկտրոնային եկամտաբերություն և ունեն 24 ամիս մարման ժամկետ (23․02․2028թ․)։ 

Երկրորդ տրանշի պարտատոմսերը թողարկվել են  3 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար ծավալով և տեղաբաշխվում են 100 ԱՄՆ դոլար անվանական արժեքով՝ 48 ամիս մարման ժամկետով (23․02․2030թ.)։ Այս պարտատոմսերի տարեկան արժեկտրոնային եկամտաբերությունը կազմում է 6․25%։

Հավելենք նաև, որ ՀՀ հարկային օրենսգրքով նախատեսված արտոնության համաձայն՝ տվյալ պարտատոմսերից ստացվող եկամուտն ազատված է եկամտային հարկից մինչև 2027 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը ներառյալ։ 

Ֆասթ Բանկի դոլարային արժեկտրոնային պարտատոմսերը տեղաբաշխվելու են մինչև ս․թ․ հունիսի 30-ը։ 

Ֆասթ Բանկն իր հաճախորդներին հնարավորություն է տալիս պարտատոմսերի ձեռքբերումն իրականացնել ինչպես Բանկի գործող 39 մասնաճյուղերում, այնպես էլ ամբողջովին հեռավար եղանակով՝ Fast Bank Mobile հավելվածի կամ առցանց բանկինգի միջոցով։ Ձեռք բերված պարտատոմսերն ու դրանց ողջ նկարագիրն արտացոլվելու է հավելվածի «Իմ պարտատոմսերը» բաժնում։ 

ՀՀ ԿԲ նախագահի 2026 թվականի հունվարի 29-ի թիվ 1/44Ա որոշմամբ գրանցվել է պարտատոմսերի Ծրագրային ազդագիրը։

Ծրագրային ազդագրի, Ազդագրի լրացման և Թողարկման վերջնական պայմանների էլեկտրոնային տարբերակը կարելի է բեռնել հետևյալ հղումով, իսկ թղթային տարբերակները` այցելելով Ֆասթ Բանկի գլխամասային գրասենյակ կամ Բանկի ցանկացած մասնաճյուղ։
