Որքա՞ն հաճախ պետք է փոխել ատամի խոզանակը։ Մասնագետը հերքում է առասպելները

Ատամի խոզանակը աշխարհի յուրաքանչյուր լոգարանի հիմնական իրն է։ Բայց իրականում որքա՞ն հաճախ պետք է այն փոխել։

Reddit-ում օգտատերերը տարիներ շարունակ քննարկել են այս թեման. ոմանք խորհուրդ են տալիս ատամի խոզանակը փոխել ամիսը մեկ անգամ, իսկ մյուսները՝ միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ այն նկատելիորեն մաշված է։

Այժմ Լեսթերի համալսարանի կլինիկական մանրէաբանության դոցենտ, դոկտոր Պրիմրոուզ Ֆրիստոնը վերջապես պարզաբանել է այս հարցը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ ատամի խոզանակները պետք է փոխել յուրաքանչյուր երեք ամիսը մեկ, իսկ եթե ունեք բերանի խոռոչի կամ լնդերի վարակներ, նույնիսկ ավելի հաճախ։

Մարդկանց մեծ մասը սխալ է թույլ տալիս ոչ թե ատամի խոզանակը փոխելու հաճախականության, այլ այն բանի մեջ, թե ինչպես են այն մաքրում և պահում օգտագործումների միջև։ «Խոզանակից հետո մնացած սննդի մնացորդները ստեղծում են բակտերիաների և սնկերի բազմացման միջավայր։ Մարդու բերանում կա ավելի քան 500 տեսակի միկրոօրգանիզմ, և դրանցից մի քանիսը մնում են ձեր ատամի խոզանակի վրա մաքրելուց հետո։ Հետևաբար, պատշաճ մաքրումը կարևոր է»,-ասում է մասնագետը։

«Յուրաքանչյուր օգտագործումից հետո դուք պետք է լվաք ձեր ատամի խոզանակը տաք ջրի տակ առնվազն 30 վայրկյան՝ ատամի մածուկի մնացորդները, բակտերիաները և սննդի մասնիկները հեռացնելու համար», - բացատրում է նա։

Ավելի մանրակրկիտ մաքրման համար մասնագետը խորհուրդ է տալիս այն կարճ ժամանակով թրջել սոդայի, ջրածնի պերօքսիդի կամ գոլորշու մեջ 1 րոպե։

Ֆրիստոնը նույնիսկ ավելի խիստ միջոցներ է ձեռնարկում իր ատամի խոզանակի հետ կապված.

«Որպես մանրէաբան, ես ամեն շաբաթ լվանում եմ իմ ատամի խոզանակը հակաբակտերիալ հեղուկ օճառով՝ սննդի մասնիկները հեռացնելու և մնացած միկրոօրգանիզմները ոչնչացնելու համար։ Ես նաև համոզվում եմ, որ ատամի խոզանակը չի դրվում զուգարանակոնքի մոտ. լվացումը կարող է կղանքի մանրէներ ներթափանցել»,-հավելում է նա։
