IDBank-ը զգուշացնում է համացանցում սոցիոլոգիական կեղծ հարցումների աճի մասին

Սոցիալական ցանցերում աճել են ֆինանսական խարդախության դեպքերը՝ իբր մարքեթինգային հետազոտությունների անվան տակ։ Զեղծարարները, օգտագործելով տարբեր հայկական բանկերի և այլ խոշոր առևտրային կազմակերպությունների բրենդները, քաղաքացիներին խոստանում են մի քանի տասնյակ հազար դրամի պարգևատրություն՝ կարճ սոցիոլոգիական հարցմանը մասնակցելու դիմաց։

Խաբեության մեխանիզմը․ մեկ քլիքից մինչև գողություն

Սխեման սկսվում է Facebook, Instagram կամ TikTok հարթակներում տարածվող գովազդային հայտարարությունից, որ որևէ բանկի կամ ընկերության կորպորատիվ ոճով ու գույներով է ձևավորված։ Օգտատերերին առաջարկում են անցնել հղումով, որը տանում է ֆիշինգային կայք։ Բոնուսը ստանալու համար օգտատիրոջից պահանջվում է մուտքագրել իր հեռախոսահամարը, առցանց բանկինգի գաղտնաբառը և, ամենակարևորը, SMS հաղորդագրությամբ ստացված մեկանգամյա գաղտնաբառը (OTP)։

Կարևոր է հիշել․ օգտատիրոջ զգոնությունը թուլացնելու նպատակով զեղծարարներն անհրաժեշտ տվյալները ստանալուց հետո կարող են բանկային հավելվածում հեռավար փոխել ծանուցումների լեզուն։ Ստանալով նոր SMS-ը օտար լեզվով՝ օգտատերը հաճախ կրկին մուտքագրում է OTP-ն՝ չգիտակցելով, որ հաստատում է ոչ թե «պարգևատրություն ստանալը», այլ իր միջոցների փոխանցումը օտար հաշվեհամարին կամ թույլ է տալիս իր անունով նոր վարկ ձևակերպել։  

Միաժամանակ զեղծարարները կարող են շտապեցնել օգտատիոջը՝ թույլ չտալով սթափ գնահատել իրավիճակը։ Բանկը կամ որևէ այլ կազմակերպություն երբեք չի պահանջի շատ շտապ, հենց նույն վայրկյանին որևէ տվյալ տրամադրել կամ գործարք կատարել․ սա արդեն իսկ զեղծարարության առաջին նշանն է։

Իրավական ծուղակ

Օրենքի տեսանկյունից գաղտնի տվյալների (գաղտնաբառերի և SMS-կոդերի) կամավոր փոխանցումը երրորդ անձանց ֆինանսական կորուստների պատասխանատվությունը թողնում է հենց հաճախորդի վրա։ Բանկերը չեն կարող հետ կանչել այն գործարքը, որը հաստատվել է մեկանգամյա գաղտնաբառով՝ OTP-ով, քանի որ այն հավասարազոր է հաշվեհամարի տիրոջ անձնական ստորագրությանը։

  • Անտեսեք վճարովի հարցումները։ Բանկերն ու մնացած ընկերությունները սոցիալական ցանցերում հարցմանը մասնակցելու համար գումար չեն վճարում։ Ցանկացած նման առաջարկ զեղծարարության առաջին նշանն է։
  • Ստուգեք URL հասցեն։ Բանկի միակ պաշտոնական կայքըidbank.am-ն է։ idbank-promo.am, bonus-20000.am և նմանատիպ հղումները տանում են կեղծ հարթակներ։ Սա վերաբերում է նաև այլ բանկերի և ընկերությունների կայքերին։ URL հասցեում ցանկացած ավելորդ նշան տագնապի ազդանշան է։
  • Պահպանեք SMS հաղորդագրության գաղտնիությունը։ Երբեք մի մուտքագրեք հաստատման կոդերը չստուգված կայքերում։ Այդ թվերը նախատեսված են բացառապես այն գործարքների համար, որոնք դուք եք նախաձեռնել։
  • Օգտագործեք պաշտոնական աղբյուրները։ Եթե մարքեթինգային արշավը ձեզ գրավիչ է թվում, ստուգեք տեղեկատվությունը բանկի պաշտոնական հավելվածում, կայքում կամ զանգահարեք կոնտակտային կենտրոն։ Եթե պաշտոնական հարթակներով և աղբյուրներով չեք ստանում արշավի իրական լինելու մասին հաստատում, նշանակում է՝ գործ ունեք հերթական զեղծարարության հետ։

Հիշե՛ք․ ֆինանսական անվտանգությունը սկսվում է ձեր զգոնությունից։ Մի՛ մուտքագրեք ձեր անձնական տվյալները կասկածելի հարթակներում, և ձեր միջոցները կմնան պաշտպանված։
