ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը վերաբացել է Աշտարակ քաղաքի մասնաճյուղը

Աշտարակ քաղաքում վերաբացվեց ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի վերանորոգված «Աշտարակ» մասնաճյուղը: Պաշտոնական բացման արարողությանը ներկա էին Բանկի ղեկավարությունը, գործընկերներ, հաճախորդներ և ՏԻՄ ներկայացուցիչներ: Վերանորոգված մասնաճյուղը նախատեսված է ավելի քան 8 հազ․ հաճախորդների սպասարկման համար: Մասնաճյուղում գործում է նաև անհատական սպասարկման «Պրիվիլեգիա» գոտի` պրեմիում փաթեթի օգտատերերի համար:

«Աշտարակ» մասնաճյուղը գործում է Բանկի հիմնադրման օրերից և հանդիսանում է ՎՏԲ -Հայաստան Բանկի ներկայության առանցքային օղակ ինչպես քաղաքի, այնպես էլ մարզի մասշտաբով: Վերանորոգման շրջանակներում ամբողջությամբ նորացված է մասնաճյուղի դիզայնը, իսկ տարածքը կազմակերպված է արդի բանկային սպասարկման ստանդարտներին համապատասխան․ նախապես մտածված գոտևորումը և աշխատատեղերի հարմար դասավորվածությունն ապահովում են հարմարավետություն՝ հաճախորդների սպասարկման բոլոր փուլերում:

«Մենք արդիականացրել ենք Բանկի ամենանապահանջված մասնաճյուղերից մեկը՝ «Աշտարակ» մասնաճյուղը՝ բարձրակարգ սպասարկման շրջանակում հաճախորդներին ժամանակակից և հարմար միջավայր ապահովելու նպատակով: Սա մեզ համար ստրատեգիկ նշանակություն ունեցող մասնաճյուղ է, և մենք բարձր ենք գնահատում մեր հաճախորդների վստահությունն ու լոյալությունը, ինչին ի պատասխան մշտապես զարգանում ենք և բարձրացնում աշխատանքի որակը: Այստեղ հաճախորդները ստանում են համալիր բանկային սպասարկում՝ ներառյալ անհատական մոտեցում և պրեմիում ծառայություններ «Պրիվիլեգիա» գոտում», - մեկնաբանել է ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի Գլխավոր տնօրենի - Տնօրինության նախագահի տեղակալ Տարաս Կլադչենկոն։

Մասնաճյուղը սպասարկում է ավելի քան 8 հազ․ հաճախորդների, այդ թվում` իրավաբանական անձանց: Նրանց հասանելի է բանկային ծառայությունների ամբողջական փաթեթ ՝ հաշվարկադրամարկղային սպասարկում, վարկային և խնայողական պրոդուկտներ, վճարային քարտերի ձևակերպում։ «Պրիվիլեգիա» փաթեթի օգտատերերի համար նախատեսված է առանձնացված սպասարկման գոտի՝ անհատական սպասարկմամբ և բարելավված պայմաններով:

Մասնաճյուղի մուտքի մոտ հաճախորդներին հասանելի է 24/7 ռեժիմով ինքնասպասարկման գոտի, իսկ ներսում տեղադրված են վճարային տերմինալներ, որոնց միջոցով հնարավոր է կատարել ավելի քան 300 բանկային գործառնություն՝ առանց պլաստիկ քարտի կիրառման:

«Աշտարակ» մասնաճյուղը գործում է ք․ Աշտարակ՝ Վարդգես Պետրոսյան 18 հասցեում: Այն աշխատում է աշխատանքային օրերին 09:30‑17:00, իսկ շաբաթ օրերին՝ 10:00‑14:00:
