Ռուսական անվտանգության ճարտարապետությունը և Հայաստանի գոյաբանական մարտահրավերը արևմտյան քաղաքականության պայմաններում․ Մհեր Ավետիսյան

Մհեր Ավետիսյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրառում է կատարել․

Հետխորհրդային բոլոր պետությունները արևմուտքի համար ունեն գործիքի ֆունկցիա՝ Ռուսաստանը քանդելու գեոպոլիտիկ ծրագրերում։
 
Այն ամենը, ինչ արևմուտքը իրականացնում է մեր տարածաշրջանում, նպատակ ունի քանդելու ռուսական անվտանգության ճարտարապետությունը, որը Ռուսաստանը մի քանի դար կռվելով կարողացավ ստեղծել 1828 թվականի Թուրքմենչայի պայմանագրի հիման վրա։
 
Հիմա մենք ինքներս թույլ ենք տալիս, որ արևմուտքը քանդի այն ճարտարապետությունը, որի վրա կառուցված է մեր պետականության անվտանգությունը ու մեր ժողովրդի խաղաղ կյանքը, այլ նպատակներ արևմուտքը մեր տարածաշրջանում չունի, նա ցանկանում է մեր տարածաշրջանը ևս դարձնել հակառուսական օջախ՝ իր բոլոր բացասական հետևանքներով, և մենք՝ Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներս, պարտավոր ենք սա գիտակցել և թույլ չտալ, չնայած հիմա արդեն որոշ քայլեր արված են, և դժվար է լինելու այդ ամենը հետդարձ ապահովել, բայց այնուամենայնիվ մենք պարտավոր ենք թույլ չտալ, որպեսզի Միացյալ Նահանգները և հավաքական արևմուտքը Հայաստանը և մեր տարածաշրջանը դարձնեն հակառուսական հերթական օջախը։ Այն ամենը, ինչ մենք տեսանք Վրաստանում, և այսօր էլ տեսնում ենք Ուկրաինայում։
 
 Սիրելի ժողովուրդ, մենք պետք է գիտակցենք, որ ռուսական անվտանգության ճարտարապետության քանդումը մեզ թողնելու է միայնակ թուրքական ցեղերով շրջապատված միջավայրում՝ իր բոլոր բացասական հետևանքներով։
 
Ռուսաստանի անվտանգության ճարտարապետությունը ամենից շատ հայերիս և վրացիներին է հարկավոր այս տարածաշրջանում պետականություն ունենալու և խաղաղ ապրելու, քանզի մենք, լինելով այս տարածաշրջանի ամենահին և բնիկ ժողովուրդները, շրջապատված ենք թուրքական ցեղերով, և այդ թուրքական ցեղերի նպատակն է կործանել մեր պետականությունները և ամբողջ տարածաշրջանը իրենցով անել, իսկ դա անելու համար պետք է, որ այս տարածաշրջանից հեռանան ռուսները, պետք է քանդել Ռուսաստանի անվտանգության ճարտարապետությունը, մեր պետականությունը կանգնած է լինել/չլինելու վտանգի առջև, և որքան էլ խոսենք խաղաղությունից և հավատանք արևմուտքին, մենք միևնույնն է կանգնած ենք պետականության կորստի և մեր ժողովրդի անվտանգության ռեալ խնդիրների առջև։
 
Խաղաղություն մեր տարածաշրջան բերել են ռուսները, և միայն նրանք կարող են պահպանել այն մեր տարածաշրջանում, արևմուտքին խաղաղություն մեր տարածաշրջանում պետք չէ, մենք արդեն իսկ մեր պատմությունից կարող ենք դասեր քաղել՝ ընկնելով արևմուտքի խելքին՝ մենք կորցրեցինք Կարսը, Նախիջևանը ու Արցախը, իսկ հիմա արևմուտքի խելքին ընկնելով մենք կարող ենք կորցնել նաև Հայաստանը։
